They said oh the clear might have shrunk. i left it there to fix the issue. i went home and looked over the receipt for the insurance company and it had on there that they "fixed" the fender and not replace as they said they did. so they ordered a new fender and new emblem because they messed that up repairing the fender. Came back again to get my vehicle after they said it was done. The fender didn't line up with the headlight my antenna was not on the vehicle they put a deep mark on the passenger rear door when they were buffing the blended clear. They left a large sanding disc in the door jam they ran the buffer into the rubber window trim leaving a mark on it. and yes even more issues. i dropped the truck off 2 more times for them to repair the damage they had done. It's still not right. One employee i spoke to there was rude and very defensive but yet another employee admitted and acknowledged the issues that came from the work that was done on my truck. You would think after i called them out on the first botched repair and not replacing my fender they would make a better effort at getting it right. Nope , they didn't.

Everything was fine through the purchase process. JT the salesman was quick with pictures and information. Post close is where the dealership couldn't care less about their customers... The car showed up with multiple oil leaks. I was made aware of this by the transport driver who dropped the car off because it was leaking onto the car below, which came as a huge shock to me. I was told the car had no issues before buying. I tried calling the dealership before transport left but they were closed already because of time difference. I texted JT and he immediately blamed to transport driver for the leaks. Are you kidding me??? I had a tech take a Quick Look the next day to verify and he said it looked like the main seal was leaking but won't know more until he can get in a lift. Said if so it will be $2200.... The dealership couldn't care less and still blamed trucker driver and then stopped responding. I got the car into the shop finally for the work and turns out the dealership didn't put the oil drain plug bolt back in correctly when they serviced it. Yah still the transport driver huh?? But also the vacuum pump was leaking oil and the cam shaft plug. I paid the $1500 out of pocket to get it done cause it was a must immediately. Through all of this, I asked for answers on how they will rectify this for weeks with no response. JT and Q the manager left me hanging for weeks so I started to I ask for the GM myself to discuss this and he wouldn't even give me the courtesy of a call back to chat until I finally threatened Q with a bad review 3 weeks later! DJ the GM magically had time for me all the sudden. He offered me $250 gift visa card and after giving up the fight I said I would accept it. I was told I'd get it immediately through email. The "preferred" place for insurance couldn't fit her in until the end of April (for a quote) and it would "probably be next month" (May) before they could make any repairs. Not an option! Craig's Collision Center is across the street from my daughter's apartments so I called there and another place across town to see if she could get a quote. After speaking to Craig for 3 minutes, I knew I wanted him to fix my daughter's car. Craig is not only a nice man, he has integrity and treated my family as if we were a part of his. While it was unfortunate that we were in a situation to need bodywork, I will always rely on Craig's Collision Center for any work on our cars. I'm a raving fan!
