He gave me a good estimate and he and his crew were back at my house after a few hours and did a great job. They not only did what Gerry quoted on but did extra and above what they quoted for. Not to mention did a great clean up job afterwards. After that storm I wasn't able to get anyone out for an estimate because all were busy but Gerry squeezed me in and took of me. I asked them to move one truck so I could get my SUV through safely and he refused, then told me I must not know how to f*cking drive. First of all, no one should be talking to anyone like that, let alone a man to a woman while he is working and she is trying to get her baby home safely. Instead he could have offered to help me so I could get past his two work vehicles without hitting either of them with my car. I just upgraded from a sedan to an SUV so yes, it is harder for me to know how much space I have on each side. But to insult me because you parked your vehicles and left a very narrow path for cars is unacceptable. When I restacked the wood to fill my rack like it should have been filled, the reality is they only delivered 3' x 4' of wood... less than half of a face cord. I wasn't home when they delivered but left them payment and they took my payment for the face cord and after I called back about the shortage and left a message, I've been ignored.
