They brought at least a dozen color samples. We sat down and were fully informed in the most professional manner about the cost, financing available, timeframe and what to expect. Bob, Angel, JC, and Giulia are all fantastic! They took care of all village permits. From our estimate to completion was 11 days and would have been shorter but the village permit takes time. They arrived at 7am and our roof was completed by 6pm. They also properly vented our bathroom fans through the roof included in our roof replacement. They left our yard and driveway completely clean and free of debris. With a bit of snow still in the ground, they came back after it melted to double-check that all debris was cleaned up. This wasn't a big deal, it just meant we couldn't let our dogs out into the back yard. They set the post and then framed the rails and built the fence plankby plank instead of using pre-created sections. We couldn't be happier with the build quality. After the work was complete, they cleaned up all of the old fence and removed it as well as any waste from the build. I liked the little detail of caps on all of the fence posts. Best part of all of this was the price. We had 4 quotes for this job done from other fence contractors and some from day laborers with us buying materials. Specialty fence beat all quotes and by a significant amount. The work includes a 10 year craftsmanship warranty too. Highly recommend their service!

I had already made a claim with my insurance company (name intentionally withheld). With the estimate in hand, we hired Benjamin Brothers to complete the work and be our representative with our insurance company. I didn't want the headache and they knew what to do. As typical with insurance claims adjusters, they tried to nickel and dime the claim and Lee and Cody fought back to get the repair covered and each piece of damage compensated. Due to the back-and-forth, the job was delayed (weather/seasons) and the insurance tried to not pay the depreciation funds. We fought back again and the funds were finally released. The work was done professionally and when there was a slight issue with the repair, they corrected it immediately. They were responsive to our e-mails and phone calls and helped us through the dealing with our insurance company.
