Instead, the concrete on one side was pitched toward my house, causing water to come inside. Matt promised twice to come look at it, but was a no-show both times. When I first confronted him about ghosting me, he later called ranting about how busy he was, implying he didn't have time for me. He even said it wasn't his fault my house sits low--yet still took the job (and my payment) without hesitation. This company used to be T/S Concrete with terrible reviews -- the name change doesn't seem to have changed the service.
