I had lost my Maine Coon a few months before finding Tracy, and when I met her and saw the kittens, I was immediately taken aback; not only by the instant connection I felt with one of the kittens, but by how kind, compassionate and caring Tracy was from our very first conversation. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire process and made me feel heard, understood, and supported in my search for my next kitten baby. Every kitten I met was absolutely stunning, healthy, and soooo sociable! Tracy was more than happy to answer every question I had and took the time to show me all of the health testing that had been done, as well as the pedigrees spanning multiple generations. Her transparency, knowledge, and dedication to her cats gave me complete confidence! I never felt for even a moment like anything was being hidden or that Tracy was not forthcoming with information. The entire experience exceeded my expectations, especially because I was initially very hesitant about going through a breeder. I was so frantic because I couldn't find the place I had to have left 6 messages. when it looked like no one was home we decided to head home. A little after we got home my cell wrong. it was Tracy! she was the sweetest woman I'd ever talked to! she had the perfect kitty for me and when we saw her I fell in love immediately. Tracy was so kind and went through everything. I even got to meet her Stud muffin who was huge! Then she brought over one of her moms. She was absolutely beautiful!!! The cats were clean their fur shiny! She has a beautiful home that was spotless. I could find one spec of dust. The kitties were all very friendly including my new baby Sabine. We're Disney nuts and we love Star Wars. Sabine crawled right into my arms and snuggled in. she refused to be kept separate so she's already exploring and this morning I went to hunt for her so she could meet my dad and I found her curled up asleep under my dresser. She wasn't used to my overly friendly dog but she wanted to sleep with us. So there she slept. She's been having so much fun cuddling and prancing all over the house. You can 100% trust Tracy and Hudson Valley Maine Coons! She asks that you make an appointment first. If I had done that I would have had the house number and Google Maps wouldn't have gotten us lost for 90 minutes. I love this breeder! I recently had to have one of my cats put to sleep…read more Dr. Guazo and her staff were caring and compassionate. They let us have a few minutes with the cat before the procedure. After the cat was gone they have us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. Dr. Guazo had to shave some of his hair off his leg. She gave us the hair in a little square box to keep. A few days later we received a very nice sympathy card in the mail signed by everyone there along with a hand written note. As I said earlier, they were compassionate and caring, and also very sympathetic. I cannot recommend A Cat's Place highly enough.

I like this shop that has prices about equivalent to the bigger stores because it's easy to get in and out of, there's Apple parking, and usually don't run into too many people at the same time. The location is near the Hand And Stone in the Shoppes at South Hills. This is the smaller mall to the south of the Galleria.
