We had a party of 75 so everything was a bit backed up. The soda was flat and the food that we ordered (pasta) from the venue was extremely salty. Set up was nice, I just wish our concerns were taken care of. We had to pull the attendant to the side to inform her that the bathrooms were dirty and no one had come to clean it. Great venue, great location, service and food needs to definitely be improved.

The decor is nice, tables and chairs imitate trees and tree trunks. Floor is carpeted. Staff is there in case you need something but they don't go out of their way either. The hefty price tag includes rental of space and food. I believe they set up, clean up after party and help you carry the gifts. You have option to add clown, face painting, etc. I debated doing my son's second party here but the total amount was ridiculous so we went with a park instead.
