They gave me an appointment right away (a few other offices I called nearby were not as accommodating). Dr. Kevin re-did the filling on the very back tooth and closed the food trap between the teeth, which resolved the issue and now I don't get food stuck there anymore! He and the dental assistant (I'm sorry, I forgot her name but she was great), were very friendly and did a great job!! Dr. Kevin was very thorough and took his time to make sure he filed the filling down until I felt comfortable with the bite. My first visit was a consultation, like it says on the site, and they worked me in for a cleaning too since there was time (woo!). Throughout the cleaning, the hygienist explained exactly what she was doing, what she could see I was doing well on my own, and what I could work on better (and WHY it mattered and the effect it was having on my mouth). I was shown several cavities which I neglected to make an appointment for (they did offer, but I was in a rush). Second visit was just a cleaning, but equally fantastic. We discussed the hygiene habits I started and dropped, some problem areas, and she also told me exactly why I was likely having the problems I was having and what could resolve them. We also discussed my outstanding fillings for my cavities, and explained what could happen if I pushed it off for too much longer. Also got a little lesson in enamel, dentin, and nerves and how that works in. I just LOVE everything about Aspen. My teeth were neglected in childhood so playing catch up as an adult has been a nightmare, so I am so grateful that the team has taken the time to talk me through the what/why's/how's of dental hygiene, plus other factors. It's unlike any other dental experience I've had in my life. I know several reviews have mentioned pricing. Any time they have recommended a service or product, I got a quote. I knew exactly what I would be paying for before they started/scheduled the service. I scheduled my cavity fillings, was told what the price would be, and paid ahead of time (that's an option, not a requirement). So that's nice. Seriously, love this place and the care they take.

I passed on that. They screwed up my insurance billing and I had to call and go into the office to get them to bill my insurance. Assurance was that they would not charge anything for a first visit. Six months after the visit I received a bill for charges in excess of usual and customary. I'll mail a check and find another dentist.

When you open the door to the salon you will not see anything but a counter but if you look to the right you will see a sign to direct you to the dental office. Walk down the narrow hall and you will see the signs and the open door to the Smile Direct Club. It is a small office and a 2nd area which is the exam room. I went into the office and answered a few questions and signed in on their tablet. There was no waiting line so the whole process moves very quickly. If you are there for a touchup you can expect to be done in around 15 mins! Not bad! After the office I was escorted down the hall to the exam room where all the 3D magic happens! The 3D scan is way cool, you get to see on their screen your teeth and everywhere the hand held scanner goes creating the 3D image of your mouth. Best part is there is no pain involved, its like putting your toothbrush in your mouth and moving it around and simultaneously seeing the image on your laptop or phone screen! This is a very easy and pleasantexperience with friendly helpful staff guiding the way. If you've ever wanted to get braces, try out alighners, its a much nicer experience and its all done on line or through the mail. You only go to the office once to get fitting. So much easier and half the cost of conventional braces.
