I had an issue with Grange Insurance (one of the insurers they partner with), which they cover our vehicles, home, and umbrella. When the issue arose, I called the Leland Insurance Agency. I explained the situation to the person who answered the phone and their response was "and?." Filed a complaint with the California Insurance Commission against both Leland Insurance Agency and Grange Insurance. Today, we received documents from Grange Insurance indicating our renewal - We Will Not Be Renewing with Either (Grange Insurance nor Leland Insurance Agency). Good Luck!
