Over the last six months time I have contacted Thadeaus Jones agency to add or change a policy they have either never called me back after the request, or when they did days later they put the wrong type of car on the policy even though the have the correct VIN (happened twice), don't call you back at all, give you attitude, and always address me by the wrong name. I am currently on day 6 after calling 3 different days, of waiting for them to call me back so I can add an insurance policy. I'm not sure if this is putting me or them at a liability risk but It seems they have better things to do then keep me insured, so I will be going to a different State Farm branch.

When I received the coverage doc there was no notice of what wasn't covered, and I signed up for the policy they recommended. A year later my scooter was stolen, and only when I submitted my claim were they eager to let me know my policy did not cover theft. I'm now out my scooter with no coverage, absolutely useless.
