Duncan is a money hungry, rude, disrespectful, greedy cheat and con man who couldn't care less about his customers, and can't even be bothered to follow up to make sure coverage doesn't lapse, or even to send a bill. Do what I am doing and take your business elsewhere. I will NEVER do business with him or the Foremost company ever again. Got a quote elsewhere and found out he and Foremost were grossly overcharging me as I was able to get the same coverage for hundreds of dollars less elsewhere. This scammer should be stripped of his license.

I just discovered this today and he refused to help me further due to the gap in coverage... that he created by cancelling without proper notification. He called me and literally SCREAMED at me for 20 minutes calling me a victim and having a meltdown. This person is not a professional and is not to be trusted with your home. Ill be recommending to All State that he is terminated and not fit work this kind of work. Good luck if you use him / his office for coverage. Luckily I called around Tucson and found so many better options. Not only did I save money by not working further with Keith but I avoided his inappropriate emotional outbursts. And finally, as much as it is shocking to have to say this. At the beginning of my call with Keith Duncan I informed him that I had just finished battling stage 2 Colon Cancer. This is the same call where he lost control and was screaming at me that I'm a victim. All State is aware of the call and is reviewing. This was truly a hurtful and traumatic experience. Keith Duncan is not a safe person to communicate with or work with.
