Show up 15 minutes early, after a 45 minute drive, to be told the doctor they scheduled me with does not participate in my insurance. No, no one else can see me today....can I come back next week? So here I am, one week and another 45 minute drive later, sitting in the waiting room at 9AM when I had an 8:30AM appointment. If they're running behind at 8:30 in the morning, I can't imagine how long one waits for an afternoon appointment! I got in to see the PA at 9:05. She was very thorough, explained everything, so I'm very satisfied with the actual care given. But it is now noon, and my pharmacy still has not received my prescriptions. I called and was told it should be "by the end of the day." All in all, a pretty frustrating experience. Not sure if I'll subject myself to this again next year.

Again- not anything regarding practitioners- but of the office. My son had an appointment in May. Then Kelcey left and we have been pushed at least three times - our appointments are cancelled - and my so my son been seen and he has some real dermatology concerns. I am so disappointed and will be searching for another dermatologist.

I've seen Dr. Gregory for a few visits and he always answered my questions and explained my diagnosis. He recently performed Mohs surgery with an excellent outcome. I've also seen Mr. Anthony Du Shane PA-C for a few visits. He had extensive Dermatology education prior to becoming a licensed and certified PA-C. He has always been professional, answered all my questions and explained all procedures to me. He most recently diagnosed and biopsied my basil cell cancer at an early stage I was also seen once at the Castleton Office for a procedure and was very pleased there also. The entire office staff is polite and professional. I was able to schedule and occasionally reschedule an appointment without difficulty. I also found the Medical (MD, PA-C's, NP'S) and Nursing personnel to be polite and professional. My questions and concerns were always addressed with appropriate answers provided as well as advice on future prevention. My diagnoses were always explained and appropriately treated with excellent outcomes. I'm grateful.

She has always been thorough, friendly and professional with me through the years. It's very hard to find truly great people to put your trust into, but I've always been happy with the staff there for the most part. I'll think it through for a little bit. As you get older, you seem to form bonds of trust that are unshakable. I wish Caitlin the best in her career. She's the best!

I know several friends and acquaintances who have had skin cancer, and I know someone who passed away from it, so I try to stay vigilant about my skin. That is a big change from my younger years when I spent hours in the sun without protection and never thought twice about it. After noticing a few areas of concern, I scheduled an appointment in early October. The first available visit was early February, but I kept it because I wanted peace of mind and to stay proactive. The Latham location was easy to get to and there was plenty of parking. The office was clean, spacious, and welcoming. I was greeted right away, completed new patient paperwork, and was taken back within a few minutes. After discussing my concerns with the technician, Dr. Menon came in shortly after. She was warm, upbeat, and thorough. She carefully examined the areas I mentioned and determined they were not cancerous, which was a huge relief. After waiting months for the appointment, getting clear answers and reassurance meant a lot. Checkout was smooth and there were no insurance issues. The visit felt organized, professional, and patient focused from start to finish. I highly recommend this practice for anyone who wants to be proactive about caring for their skin. This is a place I would gladly return to and definitely will. 5 stars.

my case worker suggested yelling on fb so why not …read more. I'm about 6 weeks past due for my biologic medication. This medication prevents inflammation. Sounds simple, but this means joint pain from psoriatic arthritis, digestive issues cos IBS, etc. It's an injection that treats a host of issues and it's Very Necessary. Medicare denied it. Unbeknownst to me my Dr got it approved May 7th. No one told me. My appt on the 3rd was missed because I was unable to get transportation. I was dressed and waiting, but nobody showed. I thought I needed this appt to get my meds handled cos insurance. I rescheduled for two weeks out, but when I called to reschedule, I wasn't at any point allowed to speak to a human. Remember, at this point as far as I know, I can't get my meds because insurance. I finally get to the Dr last week and they tell me they can't release my medication cos they need a TB test first. Not once in the more than a month prior to this did anyone mention I needed this TB test. No one told me insurance had approved my meds 4 wks earlier. Every time I tried to contact Schweiger Dermatology, I ended up talking to a robot, both via phone call and text. Missing my medication means it may not work as effectively once I restart it. This was an absolute failure on the part of the Drs office as a result of leaning on non-human workforce. Any human looking at my chart could have seen the test was required, that I'd missed it, that I have memory issues, and a simple phone call would have saved me weeks of absolute misery.
