He repaired a leak ; cost $800 and the water bill sent to $36 the following month. the next month the water bill was back to $90 and continued rise upwards of $120. S&J made appointments and failed to show multiple times taking over a year to reinspect the leak, The monthly bill increased to $150 per month. I was charged for time while the plumber worked on his equipment and charged a full day for an excavator he used for about 30m. I also was charged $200 for a helper who stood in the driveway doing nothing. He said the repair was fine and left, Cost $1100. I got the leak repaired by TJ Morgan Plumbing in Claremore.

They quoted me a price and made an appointment for the next morning. They arrived promptly on time, discovered a much more major issue inside a wall, which they also fixed. The amount quoted the day before is the amount I paid even through a larger issue was found. They had all the work done in less than 2 hours. I was also interested in having a Rootx application due to the many large trees on my property causing a main line cleanout about every 9-10 months. They seemed very knowledgable about the application of the product and suggested the application be done through the toilet (like the Rootx site had suggested) but first they had to clear the clog to fully determine if roots were the problem. After getting the toilet clear, Armontrout said that he did not believe roots to be the issue and that the line seemed to be clear, so he didn't recommend doing the Rootx yet. He easily could have done the treatment and taken advantage of me, but didn't. I greatly appreciated it and I will use them in the future.

I had an annual subscription (not just a monthly) with AirCo for my property in midtown. The…read moreproperty was sold in late July. I called the day the subscription renewed, explained the situation, and asked them to reverse the charge. The agent said they'd contact the dept. that handles this, give them my info, and get back to me. No one ever did. I put all of it in writing. No response. The subscription cost 269$ And, again, I never used it, can't use it and no longer own the home. My only recourse at this point is to contact the State of OK Attorney General's office and file a complaint. I am disappointed in AirCo.
