He repaired a leak ; cost $800 and the water bill sent to $36 the following month. the next month the water bill was back to $90 and continued rise upwards of $120. S&J made appointments and failed to show multiple times taking over a year to reinspect the leak, The monthly bill increased to $150 per month. I was charged for time while the plumber worked on his equipment and charged a full day for an excavator he used for about 30m. I also was charged $200 for a helper who stood in the driveway doing nothing. He said the repair was fine and left, Cost $1100. I got the leak repaired by TJ Morgan Plumbing in Claremore.

I checked online for the best plumbers who handle back flow preventers. The answer was Maston's Plumbing. I sent through online a request for a quote ragarding back flow preventer repair or replacement. Maston's Andrew came to the house the next day after setting up an appointment. Long story short it was not a back flow preventer problem. Thankful for Andrew asking some questions it turned out to be our water softener was the problem. Water softener was old and needed to be replaced. It was expensive to replace but it needed to be done. Dakota put in the water softener, great job. Also had facets replaced and some of the underneath parts replaced in a bathroom. I ordered the facets myself from Lowes. Dakota also did this job. All employees who worked for us for 2 days did an excellent job. I would give them all 5 stars.

Very unprofessional…read more They Kept leaving the job site. When I asked for updates the owner/job coordinator Ted Massad was very rude and hung the phone up on me. I had scheduled this Sunday and was told they would be out Monday morning. The first worker showed up on Monday around 10:00 in a regular truck and left 10 minutes later saying he needed to get more tools. 2 hours went by without any updates so I called back and was told that an actual plumber would be out to help. Another hour went by and someone named Bailey showed up and said he needed someone else to get under the crawl space. He left and didn't come back. I call the owner again at 4:00 ( by the a storm had came through. They said they would be out the next morning. Meanwhile the water was off due to the leak I wanted them to fix. The next morning at 9:00 they still hadn't showed up so I called the owner again ( Ted Massad) and told if if they were there by 10:00 I was calling someone else. ( the water had been off for two days at this point ) . When his people finally showed up at 10:30 I told them to leave, I had lost trust in their ability to solve this problem and didn't want to do business with them. At this point in time Ted Massed called me an idiot and threatened to put a lean on the house. I went back and forth with him for a bit and he repeatedly called me names ( I have a copy of the entire text ) We called an actual plumber that showed up within an hour , capped the line and got the water back on ( my son and his wife live in the house ) I paid Ted Massad $94 for his people that repeatedly showed up ( very late ) but didn't do any work. THESE PEOPLE ARE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. PAID THEM $94 FOR NOTHING. TED IS VERY INSULTING. DO NOT USE THEM.

Recent temperatures have already reached 100 degrees, and it seemed that our upstairs air…read moreconditioner was operating nonstop!!! Temperatures were as high as 86 degrees which made conditions particularly difficult especially when trying to sleep. I change the air filter every 3 months and I clean the outside unit annually as well. After about a week of feeling sauna like conditions I called AIRCO. Nhiayee and Page arrived earlier than expected which was awesome because I was given a late afternoon appointment. I greeted them and explained the situation and helped them locate the electrical outlet and the water supply. From there, Nhiayee assessed the problem and explained that the Freon was low indicated by the dry, refrigeration line. After giving the outside unit a cleaning and flushing and filling the unit with Freon which was necessary due to the advanced age of the system. Page and Nhiayee advised that it would take several hours to get the temperature back to an acceptable level and that we should be comfortable going forward. I thanked them both and they were on their way to satisfy more customers. Thanks again for everything and we are appreciative of the quality of service and the kind and personable employees who work for Airco. Continued success to you exponentially.

Called them out for my AC which was blowing but not blowing cold air. He changed the capacitor and…read morecharged me $400, then about an hour after he left the AC started screeching because he didn't put the shroud back on all the way. Now it's sitting doing nothing and worse than before I called. When I called I now have a new appointment days out that will be "subject to further charges". He did not check the thermostat, Freon or anything, he just made it worse.
