I checked online for the best plumbers who handle back flow preventers. The answer was Maston's Plumbing. I sent through online a request for a quote ragarding back flow preventer repair or replacement. Maston's Andrew came to the house the next day after setting up an appointment. Long story short it was not a back flow preventer problem. Thankful for Andrew asking some questions it turned out to be our water softener was the problem. Water softener was old and needed to be replaced. It was expensive to replace but it needed to be done. Dakota put in the water softener, great job. Also had facets replaced and some of the underneath parts replaced in a bathroom. I ordered the facets myself from Lowes. Dakota also did this job. All employees who worked for us for 2 days did an excellent job. I would give them all 5 stars.

We called and were able to talk to a technician. He talked with us about the problem and gave us pricing for coming out on Sunday. He told us he would be here in about an hour and a half. And hour and a half later, he showed up. Very courteous and professional he got to work right away. Replaced some of the parts we had "fixed" with better parts without saying anything. He worked for about an hour, checked the system and verified that it was not still leaking and gave us a bio for exactly what he said it would be. Only three days in but no more problems and the fix looked very good quality. Highly recommend this company. We are actually going to have them come back out and fix different problem in the coming weeks.

Recent temperatures have already reached 100 degrees, and it seemed that our upstairs air…read moreconditioner was operating nonstop!!! Temperatures were as high as 86 degrees which made conditions particularly difficult especially when trying to sleep. I change the air filter every 3 months and I clean the outside unit annually as well. After about a week of feeling sauna like conditions I called AIRCO. Nhiayee and Page arrived earlier than expected which was awesome because I was given a late afternoon appointment. I greeted them and explained the situation and helped them locate the electrical outlet and the water supply. From there, Nhiayee assessed the problem and explained that the Freon was low indicated by the dry, refrigeration line. After giving the outside unit a cleaning and flushing and filling the unit with Freon which was necessary due to the advanced age of the system. Page and Nhiayee advised that it would take several hours to get the temperature back to an acceptable level and that we should be comfortable going forward. I thanked them both and they were on their way to satisfy more customers. Thanks again for everything and we are appreciative of the quality of service and the kind and personable employees who work for Airco. Continued success to you exponentially.

Called them out for my AC which was blowing but not blowing cold air. Now it's sitting doing nothing and worse than before I called. When I called I now have a new appointment days out that will be "subject to further charges". He did not check the thermostat, Freon or anything, he just made it worse.

Evolve came out quickly but couldn't get the parts needed that day as it was a specialty spicit. They quoted between $150-$400. They were supposed to be back first thing in the morning. I took the day off of work and no one showed up. I called about 12 noon and they explained they had forgot but would be there shortly. They "repaired" the outside faucet and I was never provided with a bill. As they left, they said it would be emailed to me. A week and a half later I received an "over due" bill that provided no details to explain why they charged $400. We took the frost cover off yesterday to use the faucet for the first time since the repair. The plumbing is moving around in the wall, and is able to turn faucet side to side. They tried to hide their poor repair with gobs of silicone. It was not like that previously. I have other faucets on the house that do not do this that are the same faucet. I asked for a call back and the young man Bryce wanted to get an attitude with me, spoke down to me because I am upset that a $400 repair is done so poorly. Avoid this company at all costs. There is no professionalism, courtesy, and their work is poor. They do not value your time and leave your home a mess.
