I ordered an X15 engine for my 2014 Kenworth. I had to get my attorney involved to get engine after…read morethey refused to refund my money. It took them 7 Months to finish the engine and when I received the engine it failed before it left the Kenworth Truck Repair shop. I had to have the new engine rebuilt after the mechanic took it for a test drive. The piston rings were put on wrong and the bearings were not pre lubricated causing them to severely score. MTZ engines also used worn out rusty parts inside the engine that were found when Kenworth rebuilt the engine. I had to take a complete loss on the MTZ engine. After all that I left this review. MTZ bribed me to take down my negative review. They were going to send me another engine to cover the lost money from their poorly built engine. I took the negative review down. I never received the replacemnt. After numerous calls they offered to give me a partial payment, actual money. $1500 to replace the $22,000 engine. I did not accept. MTZ said they were going to call me in another week to negotiate. I have not heard from them since. It took 7 months to get the first engine that did not work. I have been trying to get some kind of reimbursement for 1 year and 2 months. I am Just going to accept it as a total loss and leave this review to hopefully prevent someone else from getting screwed over.

They half ass fixed my physical damage issues and didn't repaint the bumper that they has to replace. My truck sat at this shop waiting on parts and workmanship. When it was said that my truck was ready I came and paid the almost $7 or $8,000 bill. After I paid the bill then it was said by the female shop Mgr and mechanic that they couldn't fix an oil leak problem. I accepted it due to the months my truck was there and other prior issues. I didn't need to use the truck for months but when it was time the truck had other fluid leaks and poor mechanical workmanship issues that were found by Freightliner mechanical shop. Freightliner didn't want to repair the truck so they referred me to another shop. I called AM/PM about the issues. They came and looked at my truck and said that they would make it RIGHT & FAIR. When I gave them notice of the repair bill they offered nothing towards the bill. They just offered an oil change service job. WTF!!! HOW CAN YOU EXPECT ME TO WANT YOUR MECHANICAL SERVICES WHEN YOU DIDN'T FIX WHAT I PAID YOU FOR AND WHAT YOU PHYSICALLY DAMAGED ON MY TRUCK. I WILL MOVE FORWARD AND KARMA IS A BITCH!!
