Nonetheless, the customer service at this location (110 Louise St. In Houston was unbelievable especially in this day and age and it was all down to the lovely employee, Danielle. Danielle was in charge of our rental and she is truly a delight. She is professional, thorough and courteous. She made sure we understood everything so there would be no surprises. You can see she loves her customer service role and is organized, knowledgeable and patient ( especially with newbies haha) Would I rent from this UHAUL again?
