Parts weren't assembled correctly my center console was clearly taken apart and not put back together, it was left with gaps and broken clips. The headliner is missing two clips, there were several marks (grease?) and plenty of crushed up edges where the headliner meets the interior pillars. The dent in my vehicle was removed and the paint job looks good. The turnaround time could have been a little better as well, but so far so good. The interior of my car is still in good condition and I liked that they let me look over my car before paying for the repairs. The lady the help get everything and notified me of the status is named Felicia. She's needs to get a raise ASAP! I enjoy the free coffee, water, clean bathrooms and comfy seats while waiting for the vehicle to get pulled up for review. Another good bonus is that my Insurance company AllState is Station within the building. The rental car with Enterprise went well and I'm highly impressed with their service as well!

Brought my Toyota Tundra truck into this shop and they told me all I needed done was a valve body…read morereplacement. I told the shop the truck is older and if it needed both a valve body and transmission I wouldn't want to do the repairs I'd just get rid of it because of the cost for both being as much as the truck was worth. He said the transmission was fine because there was no metal in the pan so I just had them repair the valve body. A month later my truck wouldn't go in reverse or would but slowly and would barely move. I brought it back up there and now they tell me I now need a whole new transmission. I then call the owner Mike after speaking to Brandon about all that was said prior. He tells me he's going to figure it out and call me back. I never get a call back. I just get a text stating my truck is ready to be picked up and no charge. I am now thankful for his service thinking it's repaired and ready to go. Fast forward to my wife picking it up and now the trucks clutch is getting stuck when it tries to shift. My wife asks them if we should get rid of the truck and they say yes. After hearing this from my wife I tried calling Mike to get some clarification on what was meant when he told my wife to get rid of it. At this point he wouldn't answer my phone calls or return my calls. I can't tell if this guy isn't honest or if they just don't have any clue what they are doing. Either way not returning phone calls is unprofessional and shady so that tells me something was definitely up. After speaking to another transmission shop I find out on Toyota trucks having not metal in the pan isn't indicative of not needing a new transmission. So the truck probably needed both from the start. I now have oil leaking from the truck after the so called repair they made and the clutch is sticking with what seems like even more issues. Conclusion, I wouldn't recommend taking your vehicle to this shop. They are either dishonest or have no clue what they are doing.

It may not be as cheap as the corner mechanic but at least you know you are paying for quality work and that it has a warranty if anything goes wrong. I gave 5 stars because of the personal touch. They have a prayer book in the corner. The waiting area and bathroom is clean. They offer you coffee while you're waiting. And they got the good creamers! Not the nasty powder stuff. The bathroom has a little basket with items to refresh yourself. Honestly was the best auto shop lounge area I've ever been in. I appreciate Bryan and Richard for taking care of my vehicle needs. I dropped my vehicle off while I was going out of town. When I returned, the car was not ready yet, as I had hoped to get it straight from the airport. I was thankful that they sent an Uber to take me back to the shop when the car was ready because I do not live close. It was only convenient to drop it there because it's not too far from IAH. Richard noticed something didn't sound right as I was about to leave and made sure it was fixed before I drove off.

After I decided to repair my car here, he didn't respect the customer at all. - OVERPRICED, DONT CLARIFY ANYTHING, BEING RUDE WHEN YOU ASK QUESTIONS. My engine went hot and the coolant was leaking. I came to the shop based on its high rating on Google Maps. He did a diagnosis and said it is the water pump issue and asked for a labor fee of $600 to replace it. Upon mentioning a lower quote ($430) from another shop, I was informed of additional charges like diagnosis and towing if I chose to take my car elsewhere. Then he asked for a new labor fee of $500. The next day, he messaged me that another part, the coolant tube, is broken as well and needs a replacement. He charged another labor fee of $180 to replace that. Then I messaged back to ask if the water pump (his original diagnosis) is broken or not. He called me back immediately and asked me to not disturb him. Said something like "He is the best one out there", "I am not here to teach people", "I am well-educated". I am quoting some words from Sam when I was at his shop: (1) Sam: "Bring somebody who understands English and knows the car." (2) Sam: "I am 52. I have way more experience than you do. You gotta have to learn a lot of things. Because when you are working with professionals, you gotta shut up and listen to the people." Me: Is it professional to let a customer shut up?
