My car was returned clean, washed, and in top tier condition- every single time. I have gotten oil changes, break jobs, flushes, and a panel of other repairs done here. We took it back to them and they tell my mom to her face "thats another issue that we can fix but you denied it" and its like? WE TOOK THE CAR TO GET THE AIR FIXED NOT TO GET IT REPLACED WHICH IS WHAT THEY TOLD US THAT THE CAR NEEDED. Took it back in July 2021 because paint started to fade in different areas. Less than 6 months later, the paint starting to fade even worse than when I originally took the car to get painted. Manuel, the lead person at the shop, had been advising me to bring car back in June 2022 so that he can repaint and fix the blemishes. So when I finally bring the car, he then tells me there's only a 1 year warranty and I would have to pay $750. How can you offer only a 1 yr warranty for a complete paint job? Additionally, there's no where on the invoice that says 1yr warranty. Beyond that, my paint should not be fading after 1.5 years. Instead of owning up to the horrible job that was done, they blamed it on the materials that my body parts were made of. That makes no sense at all. PLEASE STAY AWAY, SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY

Ricardo's famous and greatest lie is "we were very transparent with you!" I agree with everyone else that has left a bad review for this business. The people at JC Auto Body Repair did lousey work on my vehicle. The details are too lengthy to mention. Alas Ricardo lies, take liberties with doing work on your vehicle that hasn't been cleared with the owner beforehand. He tries to gas light you when you try to discuss with him why you are not satisfied with the substandard work that they have done on your vehicle. They painted over chips on the old paint and advised me not to take my car through the carwash, something that wasn't a problem prior to JC's touching it! Currently rust , that was never on my car before , is coming through the paint job that they did on the hood. All said and done I'd never return to them, even with a "warranty". The insurance company has given me the ok to have their work redone, but I'm having a difficult time finding a dealership that's willing to go behind JC's and redo their work because of unseen issues/risks that they may run into.

Brought my car in after getting an inspection from FS... They fixed my oil leak and oil smell, but…read moreunfortunately, when working on the front suspension, I ended up leaving with a new sound coming from my car. They told me one thing was wrong with it, but told my father another thing was wrong with it. So, I brought the car back for them to check and work on this new sound that started after they initially worked on my car, for the sound to still be present after spending another $2,000. They assured me the $2,000 would fix the new sound. So the last $2,000 I paid was a complete waste because I ended up having to get another car. I tried to speak with the manager/owner about this matter, but they ignored me. I requested a refund, whole or partially, and they completely ignored me. This felt like a situation of guess and fix. They blamed it on a faulty part. I wanted to trust these people, but when it came down to it, I paid them $5,000 to fix my car, which I ended up having to get rid of for safety reasons. I am still waiting on a reply to these messages, a month later.
