My car has always come back from him expertly repaired. His two mechanics (Rob & Dave) and the best in the business and know exactly what they are doing. They can (and have) been able to just listen to the car and tell me exactly what the problem is. Whether minor or major work, It always gets done one time, on budget and there has only been 2 returns for the same problem as they had different options for the solution to the problem. They tried one and when that didn't solve it, they tried the other. They didn't want to change out 2 parts at the same time as they would not know which of the 2 was actually causing the problem. They only charged me for the one that was the culprit. You couldn't ask for a better shop to do business with.

He promised me he could fix it and if he couldn't , he knows a guy that can. Quoted 1000.00$ after having it a month. Charged me 2k to get it back. Dash idiot light still on and it wouldn't go over 40 mph. Brought it right back. He now has had my car for over 2 months. Never brought it to "his guy" he wouldn't tell me who he is. I am at a loss as to how much this guy is extorting from me. He even charged me for gas. Which doesn't add up with my odometer. I've worked on cars for 30 years ,so when I started questioning him, he said timing chain and water pump, then said he didn't know what was done. Do yourself a favor , do not trust this man! Keep driving. I believe he had no intention to fix my car after I paid him.

After weeks of shopping and dealing with poor salesman who basically told me I was crazy and never going to get the car I wanted at a price I could afford I finally made the conscious decision to return to Alden. Lou, Jack & Damien all were incredible from start to finish- professional, personable & knowledgeable. Not only did they take the time to explain all my options and how they work now and in the long run, I left the same day with the exact car I wanted for the price I could afford. I am over the moon with how the process went from start to finish, how in love I am with my brand new car and how these guys are still around whenever I have a random question or concern. Do yourself a favor and stop in at Alden next time you need a vehicle! You will not be disappointed

After picking it up it was worse than the old one. My suspension system light came on. They told me it would be $3,000 to fix. I checked the wire and it was unplugged. Since then I brought it back to have the transmission looked at since I had a warranty. We'll they said there is nothing wrong and it needs a computer update and now a motor mount. They didn't catch on the initial visit. We'll I brought it in to have the motor mount and computer update done. The next day my steering was tight and I found ball bearing on my floor. They had to take apart the steering shaft to get to the motor mount. And now my steering is messed up and they are saying I have to pay for it now. There was nothing wrong with it before and they are refusing to help me out since my extended warranty wont pay for the part. At first they told me the bearings cant be repaired and the part is 1700 dollars. Now they called back and said the part can be fixed but they want $475 to do it. I feel that because I have an extended warranty they are trying to take advantage of me and my warranty and I dont think I should have to pay for something they messed up. Side note: the whole service shop employees switched places with another dealership. I wonder how often they do this.

Was called into the office and to stand by the door and someone would be with you soon. No other customers in the service area nor any cars in the bay. I was brought over to a desk (service advisor) asked some questions and he want out to the car. Came back in and told me i was due for oil change and tire rotation. (up sell) I advised I had recently got tires and wanted an oil change and showed him the coupon. All good, an hour plus went by. I was standing inside the service area and asked if the car was ready for I just needed an oil change. Just then a service person drove in, I noticed he did not have any plastic with him and saw how dirty he was. I protested the cost of the oil change $80. said I had a coupon for $69. well thats without service fee, shop fee, hazmat fee. So a $69 oil change is $80. Went out to car and left because I was not happy. got home and noticed front drivers seat was dirty. I had just had it cleaned mind you. Also I checked the Transmission fluid and was down a quart. So much for topping off all fluids, I wouldn't have minded paying for a quart. Text the service advisor about the seats and haven't heard back. Would not recommend the service department at all. Its a wonder why Jiffy lube is always full. NOT a HAPPY customer.
