Surprisingly, my phone was returned thanks to an honest driver, Ricardo, who brought it to my house after hours. Needless to say, I recommend this service.

No one showed up at the arranged time (5:50 am), no one texted, no one responded when I called. The call went to a voice mail recording. My wife and I rushed to drive ourselves in our car to the airport where we left the car in long-term parking, which was not our choice. No one called after that later in response to the recorded messages to apologize or explain what had happened. When I called again the next day and spoke to the owner to complain, he said he understood my "point of view" and that it was his fault. He had subcontracted the ride and the driver who should have taken me didn't show up. He could not explain why he had not texted or called me later to apologize, but offered a free ride to the airport next time. This is not a serious or genuine service, just a subcontracting operation. The owner didn't understand that giving in recompense when pressed a free ride the next time to the airport could never make up for the loss in airfares, hotel charges, and vacation prepaid travel. Frankly, the owner should be in some other business if he can't be responsible or respond directly to the customer when is in need of the service.

I call them and get told cabs are about 15 minutes away. "Is one of them coming?" I got a great non-answer. "Is anyone coming?" "We can't tell you an eta." "Am I going to be stranded?" "We will be sending someone. Cabs are 15 minutes away." Then a few minutes later, they call and leave a message. "It's going to be an hour." An hour comes and goes. I call again. "We're still overbooked. It's going to be at least another hour." They couldn't tell me that in the first place? I had to call them. Never again. So, if you don't mind rolling the dice, then use them. If you like to know your ride will come at the time you booked, you may want to look elsewhere.

Most fortunately, my car arrived promptly at 0800hrs and I ensured to have all of my bags near the door to prevent any delays. My driver greeted me professionally and we arrived to the airport without any traffic (Reverse Murphy's Law when you depart for a trip on time). The driver offered me the option to accept the "flat rate" or the "meter" and I opted for the flat rate. I paid $68 for my fare and the driver provided me a $10 certificate on my next trip. I had a few recommendations for improvement which I was able to discuss with management. I am confident my recommendations will be fully-implemented. If I ever need a ride to the Dulles Airport I will definitely utilize this establishment.
