She handed me her phone and I entered the hotel address myself and she proceeded to try to drop me first at the wrong hotel (only 1/2 off) and then at a corporate office building (only .1 of a mile off). The people are fine the drivers are friendly that's the only reason why I'm leaving 2 stars instead of one. There's always something wrong with the buses. Either it's broken WiFi, broken bathrooms, dirty floors, breaking down, or catching on fire. As I write this my group is dealing with a blown tire on one of the buses trying to come back from a trip. At minimum 1/3rd of all trips have had some failure that has resulted in severe delays and a bus being taken down. I wish they were isolated but over four years it's a trend. I had a few recommendations for improvement which I was able to discuss with management. I am confident my recommendations will be fully-implemented.
