My hose was unnecessarily removed from the spigot during the job without asking, causing damage to the connector that had to be replaced. Scheduling was also poorly handled--I called in April and was told planting after Mother's Day would be fine, but the work was delayed and not completed until almost summer. Overall, due to poor communication, lack of professionalism, property handling issues, delays, and high pricing, I would strongly not recommend this company.

Noticed however different prices on each. We said we would purchase both for the same (lower by $10) price. The woman (not Penny) said ok. When it came time to pay for our items she said "no". She didnt even honor the 1 at the $10 lower price. Needless to say, we left and did not buy the clothing. They lost a $200 sale by not honoring the amount on the tag and not honoring a price adjustment on the other item. This is terrible customer service.

I suggested perhaps the driver whom was only 10 minutes away could come back and make a path. I was so taken with his "I don't care" attitude especially being an owner. What is more disappointing was his lack of respect. His nasty tone thinking he is superior to everyone else. I wonder if he is this disrespectful to his workers.
