Hired Joe's junk removal to remove a bunch of junk I had from a garage clean out. I had mix of trash from bricks, granite, tiles, scrap metal, hazardous material and regular trash. I need the trash removed ASAP and he was able to come the next day early in the morning. They did a good removing the trash quick and efficiently. The final price we agreed on was reasonable but we did have to negotiate on the amount. My main complaint I have is that the company should be more transparent with price. He responded quickly to my quote request and requested photos to provide an accurate quote. I provided 10 photos and a detailed breakdown of everything I needed hauled away. I was expecting an estimate but then message me he was unable to provide a quote. Not sure why they would ask for photos if they won't provide a quote. He said that he can come in person and give me a quote and if I'm okay with the price they will take the trash right away. I wasn't that comfortable with the way of quoting but I ended up having him come over the next day early in the morning. If the price was too high. I had another business in mind. The original amount he quoted me was close to $1K which I thought was wast too high since the other quotes I got were between $200-$500. We were able to come to a price we both agreed on about 75% of my junk. The rest I took myself to the facilities or just left it at home. Other than the pricing they had great customer service and did a good job. I would hire them again but I would be very transparent with them what your budget. read more
