Needed a super last minute construction debris removal at my company. Like, less than 24 hours notice. I called around to a couple places and OC Junk was by far the friendliest and most competent sounding over the phone. We scheduled them to come out the following morning. My boss' estimation of how much junk there was on the property was way less than what was actually there. They called and gave me a revised quote, I confirmed with my boss that it was OK, and they moved on with clearing out the junk. I really appreciated their communication, they even called when another vendor showed up to remove something we were renting, to make sure it was OK for them to haul it away. They called when they were done and text me before/after pictures and also pictures of their full trucks to prove that there really was that much stuff to remove. This was a heavy job; no way my friends nor I could have cleanly handled it... OCJTR showed up on time, and with enough horsepower to get the job done quickly and safely.
