However, the service fell far short of what was agreed upon: Partial Capacity on Arrival: The truck arrived already half-full from a prior job, meaning they didn't have the capacity to complete my job from the start. Delays: I had to wait around while the crew left mid-job to empty their truck at the dump before returning. What a wonderful service! Our elderly neighbor had his tree, which overhangs our yard, trimmed and the tree service that did it left a ton of trimmings that fell into my vegetable garden patch. Recently needed a lot of old furniture and related items removed from my home. Being on the second floor of a condominium with somewhat narrow stairs, it was going to be challenging. Contacted Junk Solutions and Andre came out to take a look at what needed to be removed / taken apart. We arranged a pickup day and time. The price was better or in-line with other companies, was based on volume. I had a very good understanding of what the end cost was going to be. Received a "heads up" call before the arranged time on an estimated time of arrival. Andre and his colleague showed up on time and started removing all of the identified material. This included two heavy sofa sections from the main floor, a heavy mattress and frame, two dresser drawers, a pile load of demolished bookshelves, and patio furniture. Most importantly, a sleeper bed, large, heavy printer stand and old CRT monitor, and miscellaneous items had to be disassembled and removed from the loft up a spiral staircase. They expertly got everything out without any damage to the recently painted dining room walls and staircase! It took a couple of hours. With all the trips needed up and down the stairs was surprised they finished in that amount of time. They were awesome and will definitely use them in the future! read more
