With cameras I cannot even verify that she ever showed up in October and I had to pay someone else to temporarily clean the pool at a big premium while she was absent and not responding. I had to credit a renter $500, and paid someone else $200 to do the service I already paid her for. Not only did she not give a discount for the following month. She stop all communication in late October and still billed me for November. Since she would not respond I had to deal with the credit card company. She sent the CC company some kind of documentation saying service was never cancelled. Not have I have waste more time dealing with her lies. Regardless if it was canceled which I did via Text (the only way to communicate with her), she never performed any service in November yet still billed me for the whole month. Total crook, AVOID!!

However we got a notice that our chlorinator is offline this weekend 7-3 so I started checking the water chemicals daily and notice NO cHlorine so I made point of watching out for the guy to show up at house? when I never saw him and he evaded all out ring cameras? I asked my wife to check here email report and sure enough it said he was there and all is good with pool water, Clorinator, pump etc? hmmmm really so I called Carlos to tell him and ask him to send the guy back...Carlos jumped into angry mood telling me first he knew it was bad and it was back ordered? then said he called us left VM? no he did not? he gave us some bogus number he called? all in all he feels its my fault I have no chlorine in pool? hmm that's what I pay him for none the less NOT to lie on pool report....he obviously has too many clients so we fired him...very dishonest and true sign of guilt was his response to my complaint. I have attached picture of chlorinator taken over the weekend before his guy serviced our pool? no lights on and it has pooped out of pipe..yet guys reports says all ok?

I know he will show up every week and even lets me know if he has to come a different day for some reason. They bill via email which makes it very quick and easy to pay your bill. The price is competitive and overall we are very happy with the service provided.
