I just went through the car wash with my big Chevrolet 2500 truck. Couldn't be more impressed. The truck came out clean even after 2 or 3 months of caked on dust and dirt from ranch life. It was pretty dry and the price for a basic wash is only $9. The soap was plentiful and the free vacuums a bonus. I have to come here every time I'm in town. This car wash is quality and does such a great job cleaning. I love the vacuums which always have strong suction. There are also air compressor nozzles to loosen the dirt. Don't listen to the 1 star reviews. If you are overly worried about your cars paint you should be handwashing. If you have an issue with a business employing young people, go somewhere else. If you have an excessively dirty car, you can't expect any automated car wash to get everything off. read more

In the words of the owner Nic Marchini, "if you're worried about your car with the brushes you should find yourself a touch less car wash". So I suggest to anybody who values their car not go to this car wash. I recently experienced damage to my car at Joe's Car Wash. When I reached out to the owner, Nic, to address the issue, I was disappointed by his dismissive attitude. Rather than addressing the problem, Nic suggested I go elsewhere, which I found highly unprofessional. Joe's Car Wash has been a valued part of our community, and I know Joe himself took pride in both the business and its relationship with customers. It's disheartening to see that legacy not respected under Nic's management. Given my experience, I will be taking Nic's advice and using a different car wash moving forward. Went today 2/9/24 If you got to get a wash drive to Madera or Merced don't waste your time at this place. First wouldn't dry my truck cuz there left over hay in the bed, never has that happen any where else and i use my truck the same always hay or some dirt in the bed but hey I'll give you the benefit doubt no worries So now I gotta dry my truck by hand there's 10 min to 6pm I try the truck am going as fast as I can start vacuuming and they let me know everything getting shut down in 1 min wtf vacuum off mid truck take your money else where forget this place last time I'll support local smh read more

First time through--immaculate facility, reasonably priced. Wide entry and thoughtful design made it convenient to run a pick up through. No tight corners or awkward exits into busy traffic like some of the other washes I've been to. I went to get my truck washed and something happened with the track that pulls your vehicle through the wash. Ended up ripping both of the valve stems off of my tires And left me with 2 flat tires. Needless to say after $81 for a tow truck, and another $40 to have my tires repaired, I am not happy about it! I asked an employee for a phone number to get a hold of someone about this issue, and I was told there was no contact number. That I would have to pay for myself. I will not be going back there and I'm canceling my membership after having one for over a year! read more

Update: August 17th @ 3pm Joe's is doing better. The timer for pulling your vehicle into the wash has been adjusted. Spraying down the vehicles before entering, good job. Great car wash, car came out super clean. Nice to have employee next to the paying station as sometimes it's hard to reach.

Get my car washed almost every day some times 2 times under $40 a month. It's nice to keep my vehicle clean with minimal effort.

The car wash does a great job, however I haven't been in the area for over a month and they charged my credit card for the monthly payment which I didn't approve. Somebody needs to get their ducks in a row and get my card credited back. read more

Also There's this white young lady there she's always in a bad mood , like if she's not happy working there , I have to wait till I get guided cuz she's on her phone . The service was really good and it was a good value. My pickup was really dirty and it came out clean and it was hand dried.

I had a bad experience today, had took my car in cuz it was really dirty and front ended needed to be scrubbed. So paid $19 for a wash and didn't get scrubbed so all my front end still dirty. I had asked to speak to a manager and young kid said he was the manager, so I asked to look at my front end and asked why it didn't get scrubbed and his reply was that, they get to pick and choose what cars needed to be scrubbed so my thing is every car that goes thru there should be scrubbed no matter how much you pay, that is part of the whole service.. Then I try to call the number and all I got was the voice mail so tell how professional is that can't even talk to anyone to see explain what had happened at a upper level.. My second time going through this car wash and this is my last time. I paid $15 for the car wash to stop in the middle of the wash and get stuck while the attendants are screaming. Then too traumatized to go back through because when it broke down the machine pushed my truck backwards like it was rejected it. Suffice it to say it was the worst car wash I have been through. I wish I could give a good review. I really wanted them to do a good job. My car was basically clean. I made one trip to Los Banos so the front of my car and the windshield were full of bugs. I went through the wash the kid dried it and I pulled into the vacuums. I then saw my front end was still completely full of bugs (as if I did not even go through the wash) and I did still have some on my windshield. I backed out went to the kid who dried it to show him, and he actually tried to make an excuse. What I wanted to say was "you should have sent me back through not try to dry through all these bugs". When he realized that was not going to work, he offered for me to go back through. Like people have time to go through all that twice...but I did. The ladies in the back were NOT happy to see me again. She WOULD NOT guide me to the tracks. I was hitting both sides with my rims bouncing off the top until I slammed down in proper position. It was crazy! While both ladies glaring at me. They must not have "bug juice" either. They took the pressure washer and put it directly up against my paint to get the bugs off the second round. Wow that is not good for your paint job. When I got to the end the kid drying was gone. Guess they figure you only get a wipe the first time through no matter the job. To be honest two times through the wash and my car actually still had dirt/dugs on it when I had to wipe it myself. It may be inexpensive, but you get what you pay for. Just wait until all these rancher trucks go through there and the brushes start to scratch your paint. That is what I was actually worried about, but the workers took care of that for me. I will never be back. Sad and disappointed. My husband also tried them with the same result. Why can't you remove the bugs? Do you realize you are a car wash? read more
