First, they have opened a brick and morter office next to the police/sheriff office on Main Street. They offer a small selection of RV accessories you can't get at Walmart or ACE Hardware. If you're the DYI type, they also offer parts available in stock or order. The biggest asset is their billing process. Michelle or her assistant will call giving me a general idea of the cost and the appointment time. The technician is really good at keeping me updated with any delay or early arrival. Once the technician gives the work orders for the day, Michelle sends me a bill that I can immediately pay online. I am not affiliated or connected with the business in any way. However, I was recently asked because I spoke so well about the company. Honestly, I am honored. I had a situation last year that was causing me SERIOUS health issues. Being a new four season 5th wheel, I was unaware that the dealership filled the fresh water holding tank. I hadn't used it and the tank grew black mold. My son accidentally flipped the pump onto the on position giving me a mix of fresh and stored water. A team of two technicians drained, bleached, and then sterilized my tank and the lines in my unit. Making it safe to drink again. I just haven't ever worked with such knowledgeable and caring technicians.

We set an appointment and Mike arrived on time ready to remedy our plumbing problems. Mike works efficiently and quickly...no wasted time. I was so pleased when he finished up after doing exemplary work for us and gave me the invoice that was so reasonable! I highly refer Call Smitty, Mike is awesome at his work and the wonderful thing I found out after the fact he also works on electrical issues and air conditioning issues as well.

Unfortunately, my RV and I lost the fight. I had some pretty hefty damage down one whole side of the trailer, and the back wall was ripped loose With a about a 6 inch gap you could see into the bathroom through. Class A worked their magic and made that trailer look like new in what I thought was a pretty short time. I could not have been happier with their service. Last year, my slide wouldn't go back in. I labored to get it in manually and took it to be worked on at Class A. They've got it working like new. While it was in the shop, they also resealed my roof for me. While I was there, I asked about RV storage. Not only did they have it, they had it for 1/3 the price I was paying in San Antonio. Even with the added drive to Pipe Creek, I save time because I'm not dealing with the traffic getting to the Tally Road area. I recommend Class A for any service you need done on your RV. It is a very good company. The office staff is very friendly. Oh... I should mention how one of their technicians stayed on the phone with me for over an hour telling me how to get my slide back in manually so that I could tow it to the shop. He was awesome!

They got us in right away but had to finish the work the next day so we were able to stay in the small rv park Adjacent to the shop in pipe creek. The shop is so clean and the waiting area is stocked with everything for your rv from replacement doors to back up cameras. This is a gem of a repair place because we all Know you're going to need a repair on that rv! Hope we Don't have to visit them again but if we need a repair in the hill country we know where to go!

This is "glamping" all right. It is basically a hotel room in a covered wagon. They had a queen-size bed, twin bunk beds, coffee, a mini fridge, paper towels, and a table with two chairs. I wasn't expecting it to be so big and spacious! There is so much room even with all that stuff inside. Everything was incredibly clean, including the bathroom. Though there isn't a bathroom IN the wagon, it was right next to the wagon so walking to it wasn't an issue at all. The showers weren't awesome but they were fine enough considering you're technically camping. Certainly better than having none! The check in/out process was a breeze and the place is super easy to find, as well as convenient to all the fun Fredericksburg has to offer. We are absolutely staying at these wagons again next time we visit and so should you! Way too much fun.

We really like this RV park it is very clean and well kept. During the 2 weeks we stayed at the…read moreend of December they were constantly working on the facility. Every time someone would leave they would show up and sweep the patio, wipe the table, and rake the gravel. Then when someone was coming into a spot they would come over and double check to make sure everything was in proper order. It is close to all to the fun things to do in Fredericksburg. There is a large communal patio with a fire pit. On Friday nights while we were there, they had wine tastings and then on Christmas Eve they served hot chocolate around the fire pit. They have two dog parks that are well maintained. They seem to employe lots of work-campers and everyone is very friendly. One of the workers that was always out checking and cleaning the sites always had dog treats with him so our Airedale loved to see him. Some of the pull thru sites are a little tight and hard to get into, but other than that we love this park and would stay here again they next time we are in the area.

But you can't park an 8 ft trailer on your sight under cover and never park in the road without getting the wrath of "her" venomous anger And false accusations. The facilities are clean and new. Excellent WiFi. The family that runs this is attentive and nice. It's located a few miles off the main road into town. At most a 5 min drive to get to the heart of Fredericksburg. It's quiet even with a full house of campers. I highly recommend.
