I can't support a business that seems more interested in collecting fees than keeping its members happy. They lost two customers that day, and I lost a significant amount of money for 2 yearly memberships charged in the second month. By comparison, canceling my previous gym was straightforward and fair, no surprises, no runaround. Very disappointing. In principle, I'm better off looking for another gym.
