Within only a few treatments, Bryce and the team had me feeling much better and had returned much of the strength to my arm.

I found Dr. Tom Winters on google. I was searching for an orthopaedic and sports medicine doctor…read morethat was not part of a large conglomerate of doctors. I specifically looked for a doctor with his own practice, that had experience with sports related injuries. The process of contacting the office to schedule the appointment was seamless. There are various date/time combinations available. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was pleasant and the new patient packet was simple and concise. I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time and xrays were take of my knee prior to seeing Dr. Winters. Although I was there for my left knee, xrays were taken of both knees. Afterwards, I waited about 10 more minutes before Dr. Winters walkd in with my xray scans on an ipad and explained why I was feeling the pain and how to alleviate the pain without surgical intervention, which was not needed. He explained everything in way that was easy to understand and took his time with me while I asked many questions. His patience and thoughtfulness is commendable. My experience with this practice was very favorable and if I wouldnt hesitate to return if necessary.

He stated that side of his practice he doesn't deal with, but I have to! I don't have anywhere near his income and I don't want to be in debt forever! I live a small 1 bedroom condo. Do you think he does? He deserves to make all the money he is capable of making, for sure, but that doesn't justify why I can't get a response from his staff after 5 phone calls. ETHICS ARE IN SHORT SUPPLY HERE! Every patient deserves more than this.

This is a heads up and a just be aware of what to expect. I went to this Orthopaedic Physicians…read moreoffice after an EMG result showed I had advanced Carpal Tunnel Syndrome requiring surgery. I established myself as a patient and received the needed surgery. Follow up visit afterward consisted basically of no prediction of complete recovery time, remove the stitches and that's that, on to the next room and patient. Three months Post-Op I learned from an x-ray at CentraCare (on a Friday early evening) that I had a fractured metatarsal in my foot I'd unknowingly walked on in pain for a week. CentraCare gave me crutches and the x-ray disc which I loaded on my computer and took a picture of w/ my smartphone of the severely fractured bone. I emailed the picture to Dr. Ryan's staff asking them to please call me on Monday in regards to pain at the carpal tunnel surgical site in my palm from the crutches and treatment and care of my foot. I had to call THEM on Monday and was told by the phone operator Dr. Ryan was too busy to see me and NEVER received a phone call or email reply from his staff. This is the first (and I hope last) bad review I've ever written on Yelp. I'll end this with perhaps if this doctor practiced better care of his patients and less telling bad jokes that are not remotely funny he would receive the five star review I'm going to write for the surgeon who repaired my fractured foot and I would drive a hundred miles if necessary to see for complete diagnosis, prognosis and simply because he asked what questions could he answer and did so in detail. My neighbor also had a consultation with this Doctor and is not returning to his office either.
