The worst place in the world to take a car for wrap... they have no idea how to wrap . Broke the door handle so now our door wont open.... took it back to them to fix... looks. Worse with even more bubbles then before.... didnt fix the door.. random bubbles and pieced together so its lifting and thru made sure to let us know they messed up the paint under so taking it off isn't an option.. . And they be sure to not communicate while they have your car and avoid being around when you go pick it up.... read more

Brand new car tint had solids and bubbles throughout. Took all day with the car and was told it was a rush job because they were "hella busy". They were to re-do the entire car because of the poor job the first time, second time had the car for 7 hours and didn't finish!!! There's folds in the tint on the drivers side. It's ceramic tint. This car will need to be done all over again and it's not even finished yet! I wanted to use a local shop and they have been in business for a long time, this shouldn't happen. I guess I will be paying again to take it somewhere that schedules appropriately. read more

If you want to waste your time, patience and loose faith in humanity. Try Doing business with Joe's Glass. I had the sliding part of my bedroom window broken by our gardener while doing our yard maintenance. Took the broken half which luckily was the sliding to Joey last Wednesday. He said he will get back to to by end of that day. I called him just before they closed his shop.He apologized said he got tied up and will get back to me the next day Thursday for sure completely understood it happens to everyone. I once again calle him Thursday afternoon he didn't answered until my 3rd call at end of day. Apologize again and said he will call me back for sure with in 5-10 mints. Never did . I stopped by Monday morning. With intent of picking up my window and take it somewhere else. He once again apologize and said he will have it ready for me tomorrow- Tuesday afternoon for $290 which sounded a bit overpriced but I needed it done. I said ok lets please do it. My AC had been running all day since I took him that half of my damage window. Finally I stopped by to pick up window to find out it wasn't completed and he was not in the shop and would not be back until Thursday. I grabbed my window and walked away. Hopefully this is not the way he operates his business on a regular basis. I am a big supporter of local small business but this actions are not acceptable. I would have loved if he was honest form the beginning and said no I can't do it. I would have taken care somewhere else and solve my issue sooner. I will never ever go back to this business. This is an update on my experience with Joeys Mobil tint. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He responded to BBB saying he would refund me in 2 weeks. Two weeks passed and I didn't get refunded. I reached out to him via text and he told me he would refund me after I removed my review of his business. I told him i would consider removing it after he refunded me. He then told me he would refund me last Friday 1/5/24. Friday passed and I have not gotten refunded. When i reached out to him he told me I was making a big deal about this, that his intentions were to refund me. Its going to b almost a year since I gave this business a down payment for a shower door and all I keep getting its a run around. He keeps telling me he will refund me and never does. Not only that he lied to the BBB saying he would refund me and never did. I told him I would b filing a small claim at the court house and his response was a thumbs up emoji. Called to make an appointment and was told 10:00 am. We showed up @9:45 and the gate was still closed and no answer at the front door. 10:30 still no one, called the same number we used to make the appointment and went straight to voicemail. I walked into another window tenting shop across town and talked to the owner about coming to my garage to tent the windows on my classic ride, he told me it would not be a problem, we'll he never showed up, left him a few messages and no return call. So none the less a friend told me to call Joey. I called Joey and he came by and tented the windows for me, I also had him tent the windows on the shop, great job. I've had a great work experience with Joey. I will say I called him for another job and it take him a little longer to get back to me, but he did so I'm happy. read more

Will not honor his warranty. Took my car less than a year ago and when it started bubbling I took it back to them and they claim their tint doesn't do that. I tried several times to get them to fix it but the owner just blew me off ignoring my calls. Would not go back there Joey is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this shop. When I took the car back the 2nd time for it to get the Windows redone due them having small bubbles thru out I found myself in shock that my car keys had been lost and the Windows had not gotten fixed because they had something come up. After almost a month of calls and text and looking for the owner he finally paid me for them but he never bothered to return my phone calls or text. Talk about unprofessional. only put 1 star because i had no other choice!! i had my windshield replaced and when i went back to pick up my truck they had broken my rear view mirror. when i confronted them about my mirror they first denied even touching it. come on you have to remove it to put it on the new windshield. after several minutes of discussion they finally admitted to breaking it and said they would replace it. joey said call me back in a few says and we will have it for you. i called a few times only to get no answer and the one time they answered when i said it was me the phone call misteriously hung up. so i finally went over to the shop only to be told they dont have the mirror and are not going to replace it either!! i called dealer and the mirror runs $430. take a pic of your car before you leave it to these unprofessional people that is if you dare take it to them. read more

The only reason I am giving this place a star is because he gave me my money back. I got my windows tinted 6 months ago and I should have know better when he put the wrong shade on the Windows. 5% in the front and 35% in the back. WTF who does that. He fixed it but the whole process took two days. Has no sense of time. Once it was done correctly 6 months later it started to turn gray on the inside. Took it back and after three days of trying to track him down he finally decided to redo the tint. But yet again it took two days. Joey told me he must of put the wrong tint on a he was sorry. Yeah right just trying to be cheap and didn't think I would bring it back. So after another two days of waiting on Joey to finish the car once I go to pick it up I find bubbles throughout every window. He told me to wait for three days and it would go away. I have been getting my windows tinted for over 15 years and I have seen bubbles before so I took his word. After three days bubbles still didn't go away. Called him and he stated wait another couple of days and if not gone I will give you your money back. So another two days went by and I had enough of the games Joey plays. Went down there and he had the nerve to tell me to wait another two weeks because 3M says it takes 2 weeks. After some words exchanged between both of us he decided to give me my money back. I don't know how he is in business still and I hope everyone in Madera reads and does not go to him. He is a rip off and you don't want to go through what I went through.
