This is the second time I've come here for a windshield replacement…read more The first time, the customer service was great, I was happy with the work until the trim on the drivers side was coming out. Twice I brought it back to have them put it back in. The third time it came loose I just cut it off. This time, I walked in an hour and a half ago and asked if they could replace it now. They said no problem. I just walked back in and they were barely removing the trim from my broken windshield. I asked them what happened, why are you just now getting to it? He said he had to go pick up the new windshield. They should've told me this on the onset, I would've gone somewhere else rather than sit here for 2 1/2 hours. Poor communication. Hopefully they'll do better than they did last time. They got their second chance from me. I won't be using them again.
