My divers window wouldn't come up. My neighbor gave Randy my number and he called. I was disappointed not only with service but also with the fact that the job started with Randy putting the part in upside down and I had to go back to the auto parts store 4 times, it turned out that Randy started off putting the part in upside down. I had to take my truck I asked Randy the last time if he would go to the auto store so this last time we would have the correct part, but Randy refused. The Associate from the parts store came out to my truck and saw the door panel was off so he put the part inside the door and I thanked him. After finishing reassembling the parts, the automatic door would not lock, it did before the work started. Randy then blamed the part. When I went to pay Randy he told me the price, I asked for a receipt, and he then informed me that he would then have to charge me tax on top of the price quoted. I asked what was his warranty. Randy is AMAZING! What a professional dude! Seriously has a great attitude and knows his stuff. He was very accommodating to this job on my truck. I had to get body work done from a previous bad windshield seal job. Once the windshield from the previous job years ago was removed by Randy, you could see the rust and cancer that was there. Randy removed the windshield and came back after my body work guy did his part. When he returned he noticed on the bottom rust and a crack in the metal that was over looked. He was very professional in front of the body work person to point it out and request it be done better to ensure a better window seal and prevent further decay later on. It takes much integrity to express what he did in front of the body work technician to get the job done right. He was very patient in the process and went way above and beyond what the job called for to make sure my truck was done right. I would highly recommend him over others. He responds with a sense of urgency that your important to his business and values your call. On New Year's day, my car window was smashed. I called a glass repair/replacement company that I'd seen advertised a lot. They were seriously minus customer service, as I was never able to get a live person when I called them. I did use their website to determine the cost of replacing my window. I didn't know what it was supposed to cost, so that seemed okay to me. But after not being able to talk to a representative from that company, I got on Yelp and called Randy. He took the info on my car, ordered the window, and made an appointment for today. He was here when he said he'd arrive, was friendly and professional, and wouldn't even let me try to remove all the broken glass from my car. He said `That's part of my job. I'll get that for you'. He did a great job getting all those tiny pieces of glass out of the many cracks and crevices in my car, and the new window was installed well inside the time he'd allotted.
