I normally love going to the dentist, but this office gave my family one of the worst experiences…read morewe've ever had. During my cleaning, the dentist caused horrible pain to my teeth -- something I've never experienced before at any other office. That alone made me switch dentists. Even worse, my fiancée was in severe pain with her teeth, and the office would not see her for two weeks. They ignored how much pain she was in, and by the time they finally scheduled her, she ended up needing an emergency root canal on the spot. A month later, she experienced another awful toothache, and instead of seeing her, they just wanted to give her pain medication and delay treatment again. They didn't return her calls promptly, and when they finally did, they still scheduled her days out. We nearly went to the emergency room, but thankfully we found a new dentist who took her in immediately. It turned out her filling had broken, her tooth was decaying, and the infection had spread into her gum, cheek, and almost up to her nose. SHE HAD A SECOND EMERGENCY ROOT CANAL!!! That pain should never have been ignored. No dentist should ever refuse to treat a patient in that much pain. This office was dismissive, unresponsive, and neglectful. Stay away from this place!!!!

From day one Dr. Orlans has shown incredible patience and made me feel comfortable with seeing a Dentist or any doctor. Dr. Orlans is also very intelligent and invested in state-of-the-art equipment when he started High Bridge Dental. Dr. Orlan's staff is very friendly and when I walk into his office I feel like I am walking into a family home. It's a fun and friendly family environment. Over the years I have had Dental emeergencies and Dr. Orlans has always responded. He has seen me with notice of less than one hour and I greatly appreciate his dedication to the profession. I don't understand some reviews posted but thought to reach out. Respect David!

I LOVE Clinton Center Dental. I've been coming here since I was a pup, and despite periods of time…read morewith jobs that didn't have the appropriate insurance coverage and the simple fact that I don't live in the Kingdom of Hunterdon anymore, I refuse to bring my chompers elsewhere. This is the gold standard. And until an unfortunate fire demolished their prior location and some of their amenities, I was permitted to pick out of the treasure chest, despite my Geriatric Oregon Trail Millennial status. I stopped by yesterday for my biannual chompers cleaning. The dental office has been in this location for...close to a decade at this point? I think? and it's relatively convenient/easy to get to, right off Route 31 S. The only annoying part of it is that ridiculous U-turn area by the Clinton McDonald's, but that strikes me as a Department of Public Works issue. Based on the detour/active construction going on, it also looked like they're finally trying to figure out how to do that U-turn where you don't end up having to drive halfway through Clinton to go south on 31, but my expectations are tempered. Anyway. Once you actually get past that drama, it's an easy off ramp. This building is VERY 80s, and I was pleased to see at least some recent superficial upgrades to the common/main entrance area (some couches!) and the bathroom, which is thankfully now unlocked. I've had a few hygienists in my decades of coming here, but Jen is my fave. Super personable and while I like to think I'm very memorable in general, she remembers a lot of random information about me that she always circle back to follow up on. She must have tons of patients and yet recalled that I went on a SW US adventure a few years ago? Amazing. Dictionary definition high quality bedside (chairside?) manner. Same with the man, the myth, the legend, Dr. Patel. I usually get a quick talking-to about my tongue ring (which, I would point out, I have had zero problems with since I got it in 2002 so I think there's a lot of dental industry myth shizzle going on with that) and a pleasant chat. I don't have a lot of chompers drama; chompers are important so I'm a very diligent brusher and flosser. These are always quick, pro forma get-togethers, with a few snippets of constructive feedback (maybe I DO grind my teeth a little). Also, if you look at my chart, it literally says to review the toothpaste flavors with me before brushing because they automatically do mint for adults. It remains mystifying to me that you wouldn't chose another option the literal TWO times of the year you can, but whatever. I enjoyed my vanilla brushing yesterday. Could not recommend more. They just need to buy a new treasure chest for their superstar patients.

He was so honest regarding what veneers would and would no do for me (as I have tetracycline staining from in utero) when he could have easily taken my money and let me be unhappy in the long run. And it was!! Thank you Dr DeCasperis, Susie, and team for everything!! Happy New Year and see you soon!

A good dental experience ruined by unfair billing and general greed…read more My family was visiting this office because it was covered by my insurance. It was very nice, they are an "upscale" dental practice, and had all the amenities. The dentist was very pleasant and did good work. Unfortunately, due to an error, my insurance changed to a DMO, and they refused to pay for the work that was done. This change occurred right when we had our whole family go in and have major work done. We received a bill for over $4000 for the work. I called the office to discuss the issue and was told that they would not "help me out" and accept the dollar amount that the insurance would have paid them, but rather were seeking out the full cash price that an uninsured person would pay. There is absolutely no reason for this other than pure greed. They were never going to get $4k for this work, until they discovered I was uninsured. Now they are taking advantage. I'm not asking for charity, but I do want to be treated fairly, especially since they should have pre-qualified me prior to doing the work. There is a silver lining to this story. My new dentist does the same quality of work for almost half the cost, so my after-insurance price is lower.
