However, looking back on it now I am so happy I did. Dr. Jain and all his staff were very professional and welcoming and made the process so comfortable for me. When I did have a concern about how one of my incisions was healing they immediately made time for me to come in and be seen. My mom does all she can but is unable to get all the facts at appointments and has a hard time walking much less picking him up and putting him in a bed in the room here. I talk my father to all his doctor appointments and of course them being together 57 years she wants to be there with him. I've never experienced a problem with us both going back to the waiting room for the doctor until I got to this bad policy and bad attitude medical facility. That goes for the cold , careless staff and the student in the back that called my father . So within 2 minutes they were requesting me to come back to pick up my father and put him in the bed. I noticed after the student didn't even move the wheel chair after I picked him up tripping but caught myself. Then I was told to go sit back down in lobby. She was wonderful She spent over an hour going over my meds and medical history. She wrote referrals for the specialists I needed. Ordered labs, l8stened to me and asked all of the right questions! My doctor sent over an order for an ABUS ultrasound, and Bridgeway DELIVERED! The scan was thoroughly explained to me, and was run - expertly and on time - by Francis and Taylor. These two professionals had great bedside manner and put me fully at ease (and considering how nerve-wracking medical scans can be, that's saying something!)
