I started experiencing horrible tooth pain, I spoke to the office on Monday and was able to get in on Tuesday. That to me is super fast compared to other offices wanting to scheduled a week to 2 weeks out. Dr. Smith is very skilled, kind, thorough in explaining treatment plan. (even though I had set up a payment plan with their office manager- who wasn't not there that day) I advised them I had been paying on the balance and that the office manager and i were aware, however, the dentist was the one who didn't want to proceed. I left work to come to this appt. They waited until the time of my appt to say anything. If there was a concern or a problem with the balance, they should've said that the balance would have to be paid off before being seen. Instead of wasting my time, money, and gas. I didn't get an apology. No acknowledgment or nothing. Badly managed, poor customer service, no sympathy, no common courtesy, no common nothing! Last time I visited they made me feel so uncomfortable. I came to get a certain procedure done and they he guy came and got me and started cleaning my teeth. Finally, I said something and told him I was there for a root canal and he immediately stopped. So again, this place is a joke.

Every person there was very kind and welcoming, they offer blankets if you are cold, glasses to protect your eyes from the light during your exam, and complimentary lip balm afterwards. I was so impressed by their hospitality and effort to ensure their patients are comfortable and feel safe since going to the dentist can seem scary for most (including myself).
