We had our taxes done here 3 years in a row. The first year we sat down with Mr. Davis to go over our paperwork. He was not very personable at all. My husband did not have a good feeling about him but I convinced him to go through with their services. The first year went okay, the second year not so good and the third and final year was absolutely horrible. My husband had to point several things out to them on our return and this year they had to file an extension for us. They never called to tell us that they were filing an extension, so had we not called we wouldn't have known until the last minute. They charge a premium price for less than mediocre service. This year I sent in my sons (who is in high school and worked 1 job for maybe 3 months) W2 forms, they charged $175 to complete his taxes but discounted them by $50 because they were late filing. So he is being charged $125 to file his taxes....unbelievable. I emailed them letting them know that I was dissatisfied, while they did apologize I also got a bunch of excuses.... they are short staffed and Mr Davis has eye issues and needs corrective surgery. You would think that maybe they would let their clients know this before hand. We will not be using their services any longer and we do not recommend them. read more

We just moved to the area and called this CPA to have our taxes done at the last minute in April. The man who answered the phone was rude, and then the gentlemen who said he was a CPA took our money, then didn't deliver our returns on time. Not only were out on the money, but we were late on filing! So unprofessional. Do not bother. read more
