During visit went from fascia/soffit, gutter repair to adding a small section of roof repair. After consultation with his "Operation Head" we went to FULL roof replacement, gutters, soffit/fascia and a $18,000 dollar price tag. I inquired if we could just do the immediate repairs of fascia/soffit and gutters. Again after speaking to the "Operation Head" we were told no. We either had to do it all or nothing from this company. So advertisement of them doing REPAIR is false they will say the cant guarantee their work unless they do everything. So if you call them be prepared to be bamboozled and expect a crazy high price.

When they came out for the repairs, they went above and beyond by painting the white pipe the plumber put in to make it blend with the roof more. They didn't charge extra for that, they just took the initiative. Also had a great experience with the scheduling staff. Katherine was even able to coordinate with us to have the team come sooner when there was a cancellation.

The first crew turns out to be subcontracted (even though DLV's salesman emphatically stated they don't subcontract), it was this crew who refused to install the hip shingles because the color clashed so badly. After waiting six weeks for the correct hip shingles to arrive through the hail and storms of April they then send a second subcontracted crew. Of course the second crew neglects to trim back the material at the ridge vents creating complete blockage, I bring this to DLV's attention and they argue with me, I say I'm bringing in an engineer, and they say let's have a certainteed inspector look at it for my 5-star warranty, of course the inspector sides with me. Stay away, far, far, away. This Asheville, NC DLV organization, sucks, plain and simple. I would have been better off with a storm chaser, stay far, far away. James, are you listening?

I am sharing my experience regarding a business dispute between DS Developers, LLC and Pisgah…read moreRoofing & Restoration LLC. DS Developers contends that it incurred damages totaling $8,691.07 arising from a workers' compensation insurance issue connected to work performed by Pisgah Roofing & Restoration LLC. Pisgah Roofing provided a bogus insurance certificate as they did not actually have workers compensation insurance when they performed the work for us, and our insurance carrier back charged us $8,691.07 We have requested reimbursement of this amount and have made multiple attempts to resolve the matter directly. To date, we have not received what we consider a satisfactory response or resolution. As a result, we are evaluating all available legal remedies to recover the funds we believe are owed. In the course of researching the company, we also noted that public court records indicate that Itria Ventures, LLC filed a lawsuit against Pisgah Roofing & Restoration LLC in Buncombe County, North Carolina, on February 11, 2026. The filing of a lawsuit is not evidence of liability, and the allegations in that case remain to be determined by the court. Our goal is not to attack anyone personally. We simply want a fair resolution and reimbursement for the losses that DS Developers believes it sustained. If the matter can be resolved promptly and professionally, we remain willing to discuss a reasonable settlement.

The roof is black metal and some of it he used red and green leftover metal from other jobs and spray painted it black which is now coming off. The vinyl job on the house looks terrible and we had to have it repaired by someone else because pieces were coming off within a few weeks of being up. I could go on and on. He did not show up for weeks at a time, I had to call him and call him to get them to show up. When they did it might only be for an hour or a few hours at a time. Terrible, stressful, and costly mistake that we made when we hired this person.
