Leandro's photography is great…read more The problem was that he didn't show because I couldn't wire him the money during my rehearsal dinner because Wells Fargo was closed on Saturday Night. I never was given a contract to sign. Just told that I would get a contract when he was paid. Whatever, so I gave him a check and forgetting that he didn't cash it, I removed the account as cash for all the Vendors on the day of the wedding which was Sunday. Who cashes a check on a Saturday? I couldn't put it back so I transferred the money from another account so Leandro could get his payment but the banks were closed and he said "if you don't pay me in 1 hour, i am not showing up!" This was at my rehearsal dinner!!! I ended up with another photographer of three available who took cash at job site. I would love to know if anyone had an event he shot on June 8, 2014 because he left my job to go to yours. If you had no other plans on a Sunday of June 8th, except my Wedding; why would you quit and refuse to take cash at site of event? tell me only pay pal... Then tell me you are going to a Birthday Party? Leandro only paypals, no charge card processor probably because this is his side job and there are fees to charge machines. I just don't paypal because paypal doesn't have credit card protection and they wouldn't refund my money for package that was never delivered but left at my door supposedly. Oh, and he kept my deposit of $600 as a Engagement Photo Fee, which was included as part of the Wedding Shoot Package. This was agreed but only had we not used him for the Wedding; not if he found something better to do and not show up. Bottom line is... Leandro is good photographer so many would wanna use him and there is a chance that he could find other jobs if you book him and wait to pay him last minute. First off I have two points to make... 1) this was for a…read morewedding and long to show how great they are 2) these guys are the most accommodating company I've ever used. Initial meeting - After calling a company who must have had Calvin Harris djing for him with his rates We found Ernest and realized his rates were right in our budget! both my fiance and I live in Virginia but we got married in New Jersey. So we didn't have a lot of free time to set up meetings. Ernest scheduled on the exact day we were going to be in town and was a pleasure to have lunch with. Immediately we knew we wanted to use him. Songs and song choices- my fiance and I delayed getting this to them until about a week before the wedding. To make it even worse we sent them about 10 songs and the wedding party / first dance songs.. Never once did he get upset, check in on us, or say he couldn't do anything. It was all met with a "great or no problem" in fact he even took my call on a random Tuesday night because we had no idea how to do the scheduling. He helped with all of that!!!! Wedding- well let's just say that everyone danced their booties off!!! With a very diverse family including kids he managed to work in poppy songs for the kids, 60's & 70's songs for the adults, dance/ rap for us and our friends.. We got compliments on how great of a job they did. Keep in mind that 10 song list I sent was done so he knew what type of music we wanted to listen to. At 10 songs it's hard to fill 3 hours of dancing and Ernest picked songs that blended perfect and everyone enjoyed. If you've made it this far reading, thank you!
