We opted for the valet service which was very convenient. They sent a text to let us know when they were on their way and how long it would take them to arrive. Did the same upon return. It felt a little funny letting a stranger drive off with our only vehicle, but they returned it in ship shape. It smells like a new car and it is spotless. It feels good to support a local women-run business. Natalie is fantastic (didn't meet her daughter, I'm sure she's fabulous). We'll return to Magic Motorz for the magic touch!

I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. I never use this gas station, so I pulled in and spoke to the gas attendant. I told him what I was there for and he directed me to the open mechanic garage door. He then proceeded to walk in and speak to a group of men inside. He walked by me and said nothing more. Mind you it's 90 & humid out. I also have my toddler in the car. We sat and waited for further instruction considering the man that just helped me walked away. A few men inside peeked over at my car, smirked and laughed and continued to talk amongst themselves. Okay...? Before I could pull off because I sat there already for almost 5 minutes. An older man, who I now know is the owner came up to my window yelling at me. Demanding why I was "just sitting there". Yelling why was I there, and what I wanted from him. I said sir, your employee spoke to me and told me to pull in front of the garage. He went inside and spoke to someone and then walked out. The owner continued to yell at me saying "why are you speaking to him, he knows nothing!". I then stated that he needed to train his employees then. He was also yelling about closing at 3. I said sir, my grandmother called you and told you the situation with my car. You told her to tell me to come right in, which I did. If time was an issue, you should've told us to come another day. He then walked back into the garage after demanding what I needed. He was speaking to someone, but at this point I'm heated and in disbelief of his attitude. I was getting ready to pull off and he tells me to pull inside. So I did... he tells me to exit my vehicle but before I did he seen that I was getting ready to remove my toddler from the back. He then proceeded to say "oh you have someone with you? Stay inside". I'm thinking "okaaaay?". His mechanic then says "don't be scared, I'm going to lift you". I'm think with what a car jack? Nope! He lifts me up on the machine 10ft or more above the ground! With my child and I inside! I was so livid and shocked! This can't be legal right?! After a few minutes, we were lowered. I called my husband while suspended in the air to tell him what was happening. After being lowered I was so pissed that I had no words. The owner told me it was on him, not to pay because "we had a good day today". I won't be back.

Also, the online prices are tricks because they claim it doesn't include the cash down prices. So the car I viewed online went up price wise about 3K when I went to view it in person. Before looking at my car he tried talking me out of buying the Honda I was looking at. Viewing my car across the street he said it might go for one price however he'd have to have an appraiser look at it closer yet he didn't think there was one on-site that day but he could try to find a manager. Giving the keys to my car for a closer inspection, the value of my perfectly conditioned vehicle went down by 1-2K for bullshit reasons that were completely unfounded. Ultimately, he tried to tell me that my 2019 Lexus F Sport with less miles than the 2019 Honda Accord Touring was worth less trade in wise and I would owe money towards getting the Honda. Insurance would argue otherwise; a Lexus is a luxury vehicle. Not a Honda. The value of my car is not worth less than a Honda, especially not the same year and less mileage. save your time and gas. dont go here.

This is the first time I've heard from this guy since the time he lied to me about the warranty basically they refusing to help me out because I made complaints about their horrible service. I would suggest to anybody these people are liars. It's a horrible dealership. I would not buy anything from them. There's plenty of other RV dealerships that will take ownership and responsibility of their mistakes. I spent $80,000 for a warranty in a van and I'm getting nothing for it. It's a broken van that I bought.
