He never even looked with an otoscope. He then suggested an ablation of the ear! Took her to another vet who viewed the ear and did a C&S which found pseudonymous! Ear drops were made by the vet. After about 2 months of treatment she is finally 100% clear of the bacteria. THis is an extremely dangerous bacteria. If you have any doubts your beloved pet isnt being treated correctly please seek a second opinion.

Regardless, I shopped around and left VMs at other vendors but only Damon at Shore Aquarium called me back. I think the players are Benson, Colin and Damon. The results are spectacular. These guys know the trade, return every phone call and email, are meticulous in their craftsmanship and couldn't be nicer to deal with. Plus Benson knows Discus very well and I appreciate the expert advice. My tank is a bit unusual since it's fairly small (by today's standards) and fresh water but, at my request, they installed a very sophisticated, scalable control system which is capable of handling any aquatic system I could think of. We are completely satisfied, especially with the way Damon and Benson decorated the tank. They are welcome to use us as a reference.

This is the first time I have ever dealt with CKD, and because my cats have been on a raw diet their entire lives, this diagnosis was both shocking and heartbreaking. I was not asking for medical advice, a diagnosis, or treatment recommendations. I was asking simple questions about THEIR recipes, specifically whether a low phosphorus premix like TC Feline Low Phosphorus could be substituted for the long list of individual supplements, and how recipes containing ingredients traditionally considered higher in phosphorus still resulted in a low phosphorus final analysis. Instead of receiving educational clarification, I was repeatedly told to purchase a paid app, do my own research, and then my questions were mischaracterized as requests for medical advice, which they absolutely were not. I completely understand if a company chooses not to advise on substitutions for liability reasons, but there is a way to communicate that with kindness and professionalism. The responses I received were cold, dismissive, and incredibly disappointing from a company that markets itself as helping pet parents. When someone reaches out scared and overwhelmed over a beloved senior cat, compassion matters. Based on this experience, I will not be purchasing products from this company again.
