They were cherished family members for over 12 years . The time had come that their bodies were failing and their quality of life was diminishing . To do the companionate thing was to put them down at home . It was their domain all their lives . They were surround by their family when it was time to send them home to God . Paws Forever was very helpful with all ours questions . Christine was very helpful and compaionate . Dr Holmsted was the vet who put them down. He explained everything , answered questions , was sympathetic to all our needs , and really cared for us and our babies. I can't say enough about the both of them .....they were great and Nani and Mufasa were fortunate to have them . After they were put down , we had them creamated at Paw Prints Forever. I initially reached out after my cat Aggie passed very suddenly. the review i saw said something along the line of how easy they made things and to not keep looking. it was very correct. I was initially surprised they didn't have more reviews like the one I am leaving but I realized everyone that uses their services is not having a great time because of circumstance. I was a train wreck, I was crying. I didn't know what I needed or wanted or even what the options were. the staff was so kind and respectful and helpful. they charged a very affordable amount. I was kind of worried because times are not the best with finances for me at the moment. I was going to just get it done and figure things out later. they were incredibly fair on pricing. also every step of the way, they check in. they consistently offered me a moment or privacy or time to be alone. the team may be small, obviously I o my saw a short window. but the lovely young lady in the reception area ( I didn't catch her name or even title, I was a little frazzled) spoke to me when I dropped Aggie off and when I picked up his remains. it may seem silly but it genuinely felt nice to feel like the team I spoke to was involved throughout and gave my baby the respect and care I would have wanted. everyone I spoke to was kind and loved animals and cared about what they were doing. they made something sad and stressful as easy and graceful as it could be. thank you to the team for taking such good care of my sweet boy and I can not recommend them enough.

We were transferred from a North Jersey animal hospital to Red Bank Veterinary Hospital because we were told they were the best of the best -- and my goodness, that could not have been more true. From the emergency team to the greeters at the front desk, every single person treated us with urgency, compassion, and professionalism. They took Paisley in immediately, and the neurology team had her scheduled for an MRI first thing the next morning. I truly cannot say enough about Dr. Sheen. Her compassion, knowledge, and incredible people (and animal!) skills were beyond reassuring during such a traumatic time. She even went the extra mile to check on Paisley's results on her day off. That level of care meant everything to us. After some much-needed good news, we later worked with Dr. Haggerty for five tooth extractions and a root canal. Once again, from the moment we walked through the doors, we were blown away by the level of care and expertise. The hospital itself is spotless, massive, and run so seamlessly. Honestly, if I ever needed surgery, I'd want it to be at Red Bank It is an incredible place for both humans and animals during times of crisis and need. Further attesting to the lack of dignity, there were over twelve tote bags with cremated remains lined up by the door, over a dozen beloved pets treated with zero respect. I agree with all of your one-star reviews and I experienced what they experienced. I don't know what happened to your business between last year and now but it's reprehensible. Someone needs to go undercover with a hidden camera.
