I would never recommend this practice. Very unethical and will not submit claims to insurance company. He just wanted to pocket the money. Claimed the insurance would send me a check for more than I paid him. What kind of a practice would do that? And to boot he didn't fix the problem. Don't use this practice EVER. read more

Dr. Disano was so great and really shows he cares about his patients, I went into his office after my dentist told me there was nothing he could do for me, Dr. Disano fixed my 2 front teeth in the matter of 10 minutes. after Arrowhead gave the wrong tooth a root canal, and smacking my #14 tooth, causing it to shatter, I ended up at this place , with Dr Disano , who is not a gentle dentist. he did a root canal on the #14 tooth wrecked the inside of my mouth by not protecting it from the debris from the sanding down of the tooth "crown prep" , and no mold of the tooth was taken so he has a real hard time making another tooth . the ones he made me were big and flat then he tries to make them fit it took him 6 months ,to do a root canal and crown, and another crown and those two teeth are still not right i went in at least 4x's a month and was told the pain would go away and the pain hasn't gone away he ended up redoing one of the crown , still not right though, and i noticed a crack in the next tooth back , while the crown was off , and since he wasn't going to mention it , i did . and he said to leave it, it's inbetween the teeth so in order to have that fixed the crown will have to come off again this is just bad dentistry and again i wasn't able to leave feedback on his practice , i was blocked it shouldn't take 6-8 months to have these procedures done and be in pain for all this time i'm going ti attorney general and filing reports with the ADA and health department trying to get my over 6k he charged me for this nightmare read more

Love this dentist office! Our dental hygienist is the best we have ever found, and she is so knowledgeable, patient, and personable. We take our whole family here, as they are amazing with pediatric dentistry. They made the appointment comfortable for the child and only do as much as they can handle. They truly understand the concept that you want the dentist to be a positive experience and not forced, as to avoid any association with fear and dentist visits. They go above and beyond for the kids! For adult appointments, they are good about being all natural during Pregnancies even in terms of cleanings. The equipment they use to determine cavities is amazing images takes by photo and you can literally have the perfect angled view to see the cavities and track their deterioration. Dr. John was super nice and very professional. I cracked my front tooth in half, and he saw me the next day (less than 24 hours from when I originally cracked it). He gave me multiple options on how we could fix it, and he suggested the procedure that many other dentists wouldn't perform because it costs less and is a little more time consuming for the dentist. He truly wants the best for his patients and is a perfectionist which I appreciated, and he called the next day to check up on how everything was doing. Worst experience of my life. I had a ton of dental work done, including six crowns and some fillings, as well as bleaching. My gums were burnt so badly by misapplied bleach that i lost several layers of skin. I had to return over and over because he repeatedly ordered the wrong type of crowns. At one appointment, he gave me nitrous oxide which made me vomit all over myself in the chair, and then he insisted we just keep going ... despite that i was covered in vomit, because he had already "blocked out the time." In the end, it cost me more than ten thousand dollars, and though it was only two years ago, ive had nothing but problems. Every filling has broken or fallen out, and i have holes in several teeth. As i sit here typing this, i am missing a front tooth that this doctor had put a crown on but used a porceline post and the whole thing snapped at the gumline. I now have to have surgery for an implant. He also overcharged me $1250, and when i noticed it and brought it to his attention he said he had already noticed it and was planning to refund me when we were done with all the work (but for some reason chose not to actually tell me about it.) DO NOT go to this dentist. Just writing this review has made me furious. read more

Dr. DiSano absolutely saved me from a dental nightmare. I was suffering from previous dental work that caused an infection in my mouth and neck. That infection led to severe swelling, pain and an inability to swallow. Dr. DiSano took me in for an emergency appointment to alleviate my pain and immediately got me started on the process to eliminate the infection in my mouth/neck and resolve my other dental issues. Dr. DiSano is extremely personable, open and easy to talk to. He was clear and direct about what had happened in my mouth, why, and what he was going to do to help me. He made the usually dreadful situation of going to a dentist very welcoming. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new dentist, not only for his abilities to resolve my dental suffering, but also for the personable atmosphere he provides and the ease and comfort of what can often be an uninviting setting of the dentist office. read more

my mother lives in RI and is on a fixed income. She talk with John Disano himself about a payment plan for some needed dental work. She got half the work done and paid the amount that was agreed on and was told that they would have the implants in a week so John had my mother pay up front. when she called in a week to get everything finished they told her she needed to pay more money. She paid the price that was determined in the beginning but John said he couldn't do it for that price now and now my mother can't eat and has grinded down teeth so he said he can't do anything for her unless she comes up with money read more

Dr. DiSano and his staff did such a fantastic job with my mother. She had not been to the dentist in over 20 years, but she finally reluctantly agreed to start treatment. My son was extremely nervous (he's only 4 years old), but Dr. John was very patient and took his time to explain what he was going to do.
