The most recent time was involving a very complicated and traumatic insurance claim. Without going into too much detail, Chris Lewis and Russ Ervin reached out on my behalf to get a second appeal on my claim. I thought the original determination was not unfair, but I wanted to ask for mercy given the unique situation where while I had done anything wrong, a loss had occurred. With their advocacy, Allstate provided coverage exceeding that of a comprehensive claim to take care of me in my unique circumstance and prevent me for being charged with a collision claim. I am so incredibly thankful to Chris, Russ, and Allstate for this incredible treatment. I am 100% confident that I could not have achieved this outcome without having Chris's agency personally advocate for me and if Allstate weren't such an upstanding company.
