I see only one review for this Doctor in Yelp from David K. Boy do I agree about his staff…read more But here is the thing, I asked them to ask him and when I got- no he is too busy to see you, ( there is more but this is the short version) I am not under the impression it is the Doctor. They gave me guff (I gave it back- a useless effort) and office manager said that I had no appointment on their system.(s) Short story long, I called the call center and spoke with a supervisor who indeed did see my appointment. Proof. Guilty until proven innocent. Yet it took so long to get this supervisor to answer I was driving and half way home and had to pull over to speak with her. The satisfaction of knowing I have proof is lost as their website does not show a place to send copy of it. Also, after the fact what does it say- lets see how do I make it clear and put it moderately nicely- too bad on me, you don't like it reschedule (months in advance) or go somewhere else. (long hours- wait, -too bad I am told "that's how it is when you go to see doctors") Of late sadly this is what is happening when I go to doctors of whom by the way I have been a really long time patient/customer. My upset well it takes a while to calm down and let it go. But now what? Find others? PS the Plainview office location -went in- NO doctors in that day- sent me to Levittown to a Nurse Practitioner- 330 apt I am there 320pm and the 3 people who are there before me, were still in the office waiting-the 1st of the 3 was waiting over 1 and 1.2 hours. The office person, well, "she is very thorough with her patients it takes time. You don't like it? You can't wait? Cancel."" Yes". "ok." I left. This story gets longer by the minute-- PS I never did get to see any doctor even when I was not well. pps. no pictures to add.

I came here to get follow up treatment for an ear infection that was diagnosed by an urgent care…read morephysician. The medication that the physician had prescribed aggravated my symptoms. Dr. Meslemani (Dr. M) of ENT and Allergy Associates reviewed my symptoms on the intake form and listened to me attentively. After examining my ear, he explained to me that I developed an allergy to the previous medication, and then he prescribed another medication that completely eradicated my infection. Dr. M is outgoing, friendly, and highly trained. His medical assistant Angela is skilled and knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment by phone but checked in online. The practice's web portal is efficient and easy to use. There are many locations throughout the Island, so I usually can see a physician within 24 hours notice. The office space is clean and modernly designed. If you are in need of an outstanding ENT doc, I strongly suggest you to book an appointment with Dr. Meslemani.

I had ear wax removed & a scope of my nasal passages that while I was uncomfortable, he definitely made it more bearable explaining everything along the way. His medical assistant Brittany was also very kind and was kind enough to call me back when I tried to move my appointment up

I have never met Dr. H, but I use the SleepMD device that he invented. This review is targeted for…read morethat device. When it comes to anti-snoring devices, there are really only two categories. Those that work and those that don't. The VAST majority of these devices falls in the latter category. However, the SleepMD is one of those few gems that actually works. I have been through a bunch of mouthpieces, nose strips, chin straps, tongue suspension devices, you name it, none of them worked. Previously, the closest thing I had to the SleepMD was a prescription device which was expensive, a pain to get, and started to peel and cut up my gums after just a few months. With the SleepMD I am able to sleep soundly the entire night and wake up feeling...well, like I actually slept. I am a mouth breather for the most part. I attribute the reason this device works for me is because it allows me the freedom of movement that all those other devices lack. Also the fact that the mouth piece firmly holds to my teeth. I don't have to worry about it falling out of my mouth at night. I also like how I can remold it and cut down some of extra mold so It just holds to my teeth and won't hurt my gums. That really helps to make the sleep MD last longer for me and more comfortable to use than many of those other devices. Even those new devices you mold at home and mail back to get them to create the mouthpiece for you based on your mold. They do not hold a candle to the SleepMD in my book. Those do not allow you to adjust the piece after the mold is done. You are basically stuck with what you get, and after 2 months when it no longer holds to your teeth, or your jaw relaxes and and the position is no longer effective, you are just plain out of the luck. Not with the SleepMD. With the SleepMD you always have the ability to adjust the position of the mouthpiece, so you can move it forward or backward as necessary to give you the best nights sleep. And, if it ever does get too loose, you can always remold it. I can't recommend this device enough. It saved my life, and my marriage!

This device is amazing! I sleep so much better now and my wife's sleep is no longer disturbed by…read morethe noise of my snoring. Note that it may take a bit of patience and attention to get it set up but it's well worth it (carefully watch the video). If you're new to an oral device to reduce snoring, it may take you a few days to get used to it. I've been using Dr. Hamburg's oral appliances for years and they really made a difference for me (previously I used the ones made in a lab, the retail version from the website is every bit as good but at a fraction of the price).
