Adam was very helpful with the information he provided about my 2017 Hyundai with the "death code" 1326. I understood my coverage has expired. Adam helped my wife and I better understand our options with our useless Hyundai. Sometimes in life we don't always hear what we want but it's important how the news is delivered. Adam is an asset to the JM&A Group. The next time I purchase an extended warranty JM&A is who I'm going with.

To cancel through JMA, you must navigate to Road Ready Hub (https://www.roadreadyhub.com/s/) Help Center "How do I cancel my contract?" "Vehicle Coverage Cancellation." The process requires proof of vehicle mileage, either through a maintenance report or a notarized odometer statement. The website repeatedly rejected the maintenance report I attempted to upload. After several attempts, I was finally able to submit the request. A few weeks later, I called to check the status and was told that the supporting documentation had not been attached. I then had to email the documentation to [incompletecancel@jmagroup.com]. The representative stated that JMA had sent me an email notifying me that my request was incomplete, but I never received any such email. Good luck.
