Today I just found out via my credit report that another company has assigned my account with them to collections. (Again, why am I paying Gilmore Green Associates?) I realize I got myself into this mess but I am trying to get out do not use them. When I have a question, I need to send an email two or three times before I get a response. I have paid them $2,216.50 to date and they have settled with one company for $300 in 6 months, they take your money out of your account on time each month but I do not feel they are doing much to help.

As I mentioned, we launched a new loan program with rates as low as 5.49% and terms that go out as far as 5 years. Here is what we will need in order to get you approved:" When speaking with them they told me that the business loan is unsecured. However, if you move forward with the loan expecting the 5.49% you will find out that the loan is not unsecured and for the 5.49% it's only for a 1 year payback term, not the 5 years in their bait and switch advertising. If you go to the 5 year term the interest rate starts at 10.49% to as high as 21%. On top of that my they charge a loan origination fee of $7,500 additional on a $150,000 loan adding to the misleading interest rate they advertise. As a consumer, I find this practice disgusting and a waste of my time trying to figure out all hidden costs they don't tell you about. Terrible company!

Yes! Matt Adams is the truth!…read more I had an issue with Transunion and Experian that I could not resolve on my own and needed professional help with to fix. To explain the issue, Transunion was listing a bankruptcy on my credit profile that was denied. I went through dispute after dispute with Transunion. I paid some credit repair places and to no avail. Matt dealt with Transunion directly and got the denied bankruptcy removed, along with the 4 credit items listed under such denied bankruptcy. On my Experian account, I have 3 or 4 Barclay accounts, but one was listed as closed by bankruptcy. This was or not the case. Again, dispute after dispute and nothing got resolved. Matt became my professional connection to correcting these inaccuracies! This was not a fast process, as it took a little over 6 months, but the results of removing this denied bankruptcy was the result needed and wanted. This was achieved and Matt kept me abreast of changes and process along the way. No complaints with that and I am grateful for his professionalism, updates and effective communication with getting this done for me. Now my credit is back to about 800 and I am all good to go. Recently, FMS posted a brief article about the recent rise in muni yields and stated that an investor could buy munis that were yielding 200% of treasury yields. I know that the AAA muni to treasury ratio has been higher than it has been for several years but nowhere near the quoted 200%. I reached out to FMS bonds to clarify and was basically told that "you are to smart for us" and to "email someone else." I was very concerned about their response. In the past, FMS posts questions and answers on their website and have been very informative, transparent and helpful.
