She rewrote my policy, but all the details on my home were incorrect (year built, exterior composition, even the home style). Placed SEVERAL calls to the agency which always led to the main Allstate customer service because the agent's office never answered. Two months of repeated calls later, policy was still not fixed. Next step was cancellation of all the policies we held with them. I'd receive mass generated emails from the agency's office manager Alycia, asking if I was happy with my coverage and promising a call to discuss my policies....spoiler alert: call never came. It was almost comical. Sad and disappointed in this agency. Would not recommend to ANYONE looking for insurance.
