One wall measured 140" and their redesign measured 132" with a 2.5" spacer. and where I had a 30" cabinet they put a 12" & a 18". They also replaced a 27" bottom cabinet with a 24"' When i discovered the error all the cabinets were in place and we had to take 6 down and replace them. The problem was that 3 of the cabinet door had been primed as these were unfinished cabinets. Everyone at Barton's Olive Branch had been very nice and helpful, but when I tried to return the incorrect cabinets they refused the return because of the painted doors and would not take any responsibility for the design. The Design was never approved and I gave them a list of the correct cabinets when I went to make the purchase. If you know what you need they are good to help, BUT I would not let them design my kitchen, I requested a partial return because I have 3 cabinets i will never use. They were not willing to help in any way.

So, this is where all the hardware clearance stuff must go. I see all the familiar brands from the hardware stores (Home Depot, Lowes, Ace, etc.). Tools, paint, plumbing, electrical, PPE, garden supplies, A/C filters, etc. The Bad News: - They may not have exactly what you are looking for (only discontinued items). - All sales are final! No returns. - Even though it's organized, it may take some time to find your specific item. - On 3 different visits, there is always glass scattered in the parking lot. Not a good sign. Are cars frequently being broken in to? Or have they still not cleaned the lot? So far, I've made over 3 visits and no complaints. My purchases work just fine -from tools to lawn sprinklers. I found a great deal on PPE apparel (high quality cooling vests for $10 and long sleeve cooling shirts for just $5!) Some days have random specials -like 65% off all plumbing or electrical! The gentleman at the Lowe's paint counter was knowledgeable, informative, and easy to work with. We explained what our goal was, and he helped us pick out the right paint to meet our desires. We were on a budget and he helped us stay within those confines. Again he was a great representative of Lowe's. He also educated us that a lighter color paint is significantly cheaper than a darker color paint. If you have some flexibility in your color choices, please keep that in mind. The representative at checkout was very friendly and greeted us with a smile. We were promptly checked out and on our way to complete our DIY task. Based on this experience, I will ensure that Lowes is my go-to home improvement store from this point further.
