I have purchased/leased a 3 cars in the past few years and they were very efficient during the whole process. All of my coverage was explained to me very clearly and they even informed me of a discount I qualify for to make my premium lower (low mileage discount!). Unfortunately, I also had 2 cars that were totaled and as everyone knows that can be a headache. Not when dealing with Gochis! Everything was taken care of right away, I even joked that I got "VIP" service because the whole process went so smoothly, including getting me into my new car, the checks put through quickly, rental coverage, etc. It's nice to have an insurance company that you can call with any questions and you actually get a person, not a computer system. I think in the world of the internet we have lost some of that "personal experience" so it is refreshing to see that it still exists!

In the beginning, I was so grateful to be assisted locally during my introduction to this very adult stage in my life. When I walked into the office I felt as if the employees within were truly interested in assisting me in a professional manor. I can not thank you enough for that feeling of security, however, I realize now that times have changed. It is with my sincerest regret that I feel the need to sever my relationship with Triple L Insurance. I feel that it has been a long, downhill journey with people that are more willing to to do what they desire, rather than assist their clients. I found my most recent interaction with Paul most disappointing, as I was forced to stop the conversation and remind him that I am a client and do not deserve, nor would I tolerate, being yelled at by someone in a position to help me. Ultimately, it was Paul's most unprofessional manor which drove me to take my business elsewhere. I have not been pleased with the numerous changed that had been made to my account without my knowledge or consent, not have I had any good experience over the past year with any phone call interactions or in-person visits to the office. I feel as if the employees at Triple L Insurance simply do not care about the customer service aspect of their position. Again, I can not thank Triple L Insurance enough for giving me the feeling of security during the beginning stages of my insurance needs, however, I feel that I would be much happier with bringing my business to a more professional environment.
