About 30 minutes goes by and still nothing so I call the office. They told me they would contact him for an ETA. Never heard back so had to keep calling and wanted to cancel but they finally told me he said he was 2 minutes away so I didn't. He calls me eventually and now the ETA is 30 minutes! After already waiting 2 hours. This was for a company driver and we did not have time for this to take 2 hours when the website suggests fast service. Absolutely ridiculous. Whatever you do, use! another! company!!!!!!!!!!!!
