This isn't just frustrating for tenants; it's a massive disservice to the property owners who are paying you for a service you clearly don't deliver. Routine repairs are ignored. Maintenance is delayed or outright forgotten. Communication is a joke. The staff is either unwilling or unable to handle even the most basic tasks without running it up a chain that seems designed more to stall than to solve. Tenants are left in the lurch, and owners are being charged for "management" that barely exists in any functional sense. If anyone is reading this in consideration of hiring this company: don't.
