Never heard back so had to keep calling and wanted to cancel but they finally told me he said he was 2 minutes away so I didn't. He calls me eventually and now the ETA is 30 minutes! After already waiting 2 hours. This was for a company driver and we did not have time for this to take 2 hours when the website suggests fast service. Absolutely ridiculous. Whatever you do, use! another! company!!!!!!!!!!!!

The local Nissan dealer said that they couldn't program keys for my '02 QX4, and the nearest Infiniti dealer said that I needed the vehicle on site, 300 miles away. Floyd, Carol, and their son waited for me in Montrose, later than their posted hours, while I took a shuttle from Telluride through bad weather. They are the nicest people ever and were able to get new keys cut and programmed for my vehicle.

He charged a fair price to add a chip key for my Mazda, and even gave me an emergency lockout key as well. Another locksmith in the area wanted to charge me upwards of 600, and that wasn't even an emergency service. Simmons was less than a third that price (again, not emergency service). Basically, he's not trying to rob you blind for a simple key. If I was living here, I would use Simmons for all of my locksmith needs. Arne got out a flashlight, helped me look all around the car, but still, no keys! I was about to get very upset - this was a huge problem (towing to dealership, new key made, week long hotel in a town I'm not living in, who knows? It was looking bad, and very expensive). It was also about to get dark. It seemed perhaps the key could only have fallen out on the little river trail...which didn't seem appealing to search in the dark, as it was not the best part of town. But, not only did Arne offer to help me look on the trail because it wouldn't have been safe alone and even though I'd interrupted their evening, his wife hopped out of the truck and helped too!! Who does that!? They were so wonderful! And, then, after some searching, we found the key after all, along the trail.
